Horrible service. They said I was next. Then jumped someone in front of me that signed in online, as I was talking to them to sign me in. It was 4:30 they closed at 5. I will never stop there again. Shouldn't have to sign in online when I am standing in front of them.

I had my hair cut by a women named Katie! She floats around to multiple locations, but she did an AMAZING job! I was terrified to get my hair cut because it had been almost 10 years since I had gotten it cut. She did exactly as I requested! Made me feel very comfortable and made very nice conversation! I feel so great with my new, beautiful haircut! Thank you Katie!

I brought my young kids and the ladies who did their hair were so sweet with the kids and when my kids spoke up about what they wanted the stylist listened. We will be coming back for sure!

These was the rudest people that I have ever seen in my life. I asked for my hair to be cut. She act like she didn’t want to cut it in the first place. She rushed me so fast. I didn’t even think that it was finished when I asked her to fix a certain spot she flipped out like I cussed her out or said something bad to her, so she fix the spot making it worse when I told her about it, she got really upset and said you’re done haircuts on me get out these people are in the habit of Ruining your hair and just saying it’s on the house I advise you not to go here she needs to be fired. I wouldn’t even press one star if Google wouldn’t let me so whoever reads the reviews please please no you’re gonna get ruined.

Fast and clean. Got several complements on my hair cut the following day asking "How much I paid" etc. Definitely will be asking for Abby again (recommend her for a clean fade cut!)

The ladies seem lovely... If only one didn't butcher my husband's hair! A 20 dollar hair cut is now a 54 dollar hair cut because we HAVE TO go to another salon to fix this mistake. No no no no no never ever ever again.

Completely ruined my one year olds hair one sides longer than the other and not done at all how I asked. Customer service was trash and they were very rude and not understanding would not recommed ever going to this location

I almost audibly screamed today after seeing my boyfriend's new haircut. Not because it was amazing, but because it was the worst haircut I've ever seen on a living person. EVER. This is not what I was expecting from Great Clips, I'm whole-heartedly ashamed of this establishment. We will not be returning.

I came in a couple weeks ago to get my hair cut and it was a wonderful experience! It was my first time here so they set me up with a new account and were asking lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! The staff and management was very kind and it was a very open and clean environment. So excited this location has opened, I will be back soon!

Not a good experience at this new location. The haircuts were not good, low quality and they left buzzed hair and didn't blow dry it off. Even after asking them to do it again. The prices they had a sale for 9.99 but normally their $20 just for kids. For that price might as well go to a way better salon that way it's done right and better quality. Also the manager doesn't take her job seriously and make sure they have the proper change. If you pay cash make sure you have small bills cause they aren't prepared there. The only positive thing I seen was it was clean there. Definetly don't recommend this place or the hairstylist that's also the manager is not very experienced with hair.

The best hair cut I got ever, even better than a barber shop doing it. 😃 The stylist Emilee, did my hair cut and made me feel welcomed and made sure I didn't leave without the best cut for me. She is highly recommended 👌

Went in for a haircut a couple days ago with the $4.99 coupon that had been advertised as a free haircut due to the opening being pushed back over a month (this should have been my first red flag). I had checked in online, and when I arrived, I had a zero wait time, and was quickly greeted by one of several hairdressers. She was happy to get me logged in, until I presented my coupon, then she flagged another hairdresser over, who asked about the coupon, once it was decided it would be honored, a little slip was printed off that had my last haircut, which was four inches off, and layers, which I promptly explained, I DID NOT want (red flag #2). I showed my hairdresser a picture of what I did want, and she asked how many inches off, holding my hair up so I could see in the mirror, no more than two inches. My hair WAS 18 inches long!! In trying to even out my layers, I wound up with an 80's mullet and am lucky to have a thin 12 inches left in the back. The right side in the front is shorter than the left which is only about 5 inches long. When I pin it back with bobby pins, it pops out at the sides. She asked if I wanted her to fix it, and if I was happy with it. At that point I just wanted it to stop. I said no I did not want it fixed and that I was happy because, really, she was the one holding the scissors. I would give negative stars if possible. I cannot get this fixed unless I get a pixie cut. I loved my long hair, I feel shame when going out in public. I will never return here. Ever. I thought the location would be convenient, I made a horrible mistake.
