Had a bad experience with the lady here. I don't know her name. My kid, 3.5 years old didn't get his haircut properly. Feels like she is not kid friendly.

Went for the haircut and the lady who was doing the hair cut was so rude and not at all a good behavior. Do not know the name of that lady.

Worst hair cut. Never expected this from great clips which I could have done at house. I am not expecting as good as Professional salon but at least the hair cutter could have parted the hair and cut. She just cut in a straight line which was done in 3 to 4 minutes in spite of having thick hair. For the haircut she did, the price is also too much which is $20. Worst, worst, worst and very bad.

Worst haircut ever i was there on 5th nov 11:30 am the lady who recieved me was soo rude and already had a problem with me even before i sat on the chair i asked for a taper and she said she couldn’t do it and trimmed all my hair from top to bottom i used to have my hair till my nose when i went there now my hair dont even come to half of my forehead she is so rude never going to greatclips ever any place she over trimmed my hair in a spot and didnt even care .

I always get a nice haircut and nice service when I come here. I want to point out that during my visit, an angry guest showed up after an error with the online queuing app. The Great Clips staff were very polite and explained to the guest that their individual store has no control over the app, but they were happy to take him as soon as they had an available staff member to cut his hair. The man refused to listen to their explanation and demanded to be put at the top of the list, and that he deserved preferential treatment because of the app glitch and because he was a "loyal customer." The Great Clips staff continued to be polite even when the guest canceled his appointment and stormed out. The staff at this Great Clips location were nothing but polite and professional and I hope they know that the rest of the patrons at the store were on their side! I will certainly be returning for my next haircut.

It is the best saloon in this area. I got my haircut the way I wanted. I suggest this one over other Great Clips in the Ballantyne area.

MESSED UP MY HAIR super BAD… I said to trim the sides and leave the head untouched but NO they cut my head and my sides super short. It is not the first time it has happened this is the 4th. TERRIBLE they never learn.

Fast, excellent service ,i always take my kids to a kid salon ,however they are more expensive and i couldn't find a schedule that would work. I downloaded the app got there in 10 mins and our wait was less than 5 mins , the stylist was also very patient with my kids age 11 and 4

I had a bad haircut, but the manager was so nice and corrected. Not sure if the lady that cut my hair was new or just out of school. But the manager was very professional and helpful even though I left with shorter hair than I wanted she did steep up to her position and helped and corrected my hair. I wish everywhere managers could step forward and help their employees like she did.

Today I took my kid to the haircut and he is first in the appointment but they didn’t followed the order. Even I mentioned that my kid name is first but one of the specialist didn’t even listened to me. Not sure what is the point of appointment in online. To the manager, haircut time 5.30pm EST

Tried getting a cut at the hunter's crossing Ballantyne location. Store hours Mon-Fri 9-3..who closes a great clips at 3pm during the week?? Do they not realize some people have jobs. Guess l will not be going back there.

checked in online, Came in earlier than the time the app said but employee was very rude and refused to cut our hair, or even make accommodations. Did not open the door when we tried to re-enter to ask question.

everybody's really nice and you can sign in online and they take walk-ins The haircut you get's going to vary. Some better than others. Price is about what I've seen at other places. they seem to be very kid friendly.
