Always gets me right! I came in last time with a friend with dyed hair and this lady killed it so much so I had to come try it out myself! She set me up right then I added my color and boom a new person! (Ignore stubble my facial hair grows fast)

My son and I get our haircuts at Great Clips pretty much all the time. I don't remember our stylists names, but they both did excellent jobs. I normally get a mid/ high fade down to the bald skin and there are times when the stylists don't have the foil trimmers/clippers to do do. That being said, my only recommendation would be to have all stylists have those specific type of trimmers/clippers on hand. Other than that, everytime we go, we've always been treated in a professional and courteous manner.

Terrible guest service it is set to be open till 7. I show up to get my haircut and they put a sign on the door that they are closing at 5. I arrived at 4:15 and they locked the doors so nobody can come in.

I just had my hair trimmed and greatly appreciated the care of my stylist, and she invited a colleague to double check her work. Unfortunately, the colleague "texturized" my hair. I'm a black woman with naturally curly hair. The goal is thick curly locks. Never cut without explaining the process first. I would have said "no thank you". A lot of beautiful full locks were lost and more in the shower. My hair will grow back, but communication is critical for customer service.

The haircuts are fine I guess...I get a very simple cut and it is usually ok. The problem is the cleanliness. It is just dirty. I was completely grossed out today with the scissors and combs that the stylist used. There was so much gunk/grease all over them. Disgusting. The counters were dirty and there was hair all over the ground and capes. Seriously...the combs looked like something that was 10+ years old and had never been cleaned. I will go to the other place from now on that uses a fresh set of clean scissors, clipper guards, and combs for each client.

They were not welcoming. She finished my daughter hair cut in less than 3min (a bob hair cut), my daughter did not cry or even move much. They rush the whole service and she doesn’t have patience for kids.

I showed her twice what I wanted and told her I wanted a little trim. She cut most my hair off and I can’t do any style with it. She didn’t go too short, she went wayy too short. When I got the refund she told me I wanted my hair to fall to the middle of my forehead, that’s not what happened,,, I asked for it to end at my eyebrow. If my hair could touch my eyebrow my haircut would look 3x better. If you are unsure about the haircut you should continuously ask the persons hair your cutting so you don’t mess up and cut wayyy too much. The fake picture is what I showed her what I wanted twice.

I've always taken my 2 sons to Great Clips because it's cheap and kids hair grows SO fast! I took my 17 year old son there last weekend and his stylist was great! He was surprised at what a good job she did, unfortunately he has gotten a bad haircut there before😬... Not this time though!!

I arrived per the app when I was #1 on the list and the stylist took another person from the list ahead of me. Why bother signing in? This is not a good policy. If the person is in the location you take them based on their position on the list. I joined the list because I do not have and endless day to wait the 41 minutes I do not think I will be back to this location.

There was little to no consultation and it seemed like she wanted to get it done as fast as possible. She sprayed me down with a squirt bottle so much I might as well have gotten a wash. My hair looked wacked to hell. Haircut was $20 and it SHOWED. I wanted to be optimistic about the quality I would get but never again.

What a shame. I typically get good haircuts from this location. Might have to sit and smell cigarettes on the hands of the person cutting your hair but at least it’s usually a decent cut. NOT TODAY! I made sure to tell the lady I was getting it cut for holiday pictures and it obviously didn’t make a difference. Normally 30 minutes is a good time to sit for a haircut. This was an “under 10 minute” haircut. She even forgot 2 minutes into the cut which way I combed my hair. Totally lack of care for the customer. I’ll be wearing a hat for the next 4 weeks and I imagine it’ll take longer to get the back of my head right again. $20 for hack job isn’t right. I’ll be calling to get my money back.
