If you’re a colored person then stay away from here. Worst way to spend your $25- that’s after including $5 tip on $20 horrible haircut that gets done in less than 3 minutes. Yep- 3 minutes!! Sadly, I noticed the white guy before me getting a much detailed haircut and a friendly service. So that summarizes it clearly.

I’ve always had a great experience getting my hair cut at the Great Clips in the Arboretum. It’s very well maintained, always warmly greeted and wonderful service, especially by Jim! Thanks for your wonderful service! I highly recommend going there!

Came in for a cut and blow out for a wedding I was going to. Said I wanted try and keep most of the length but I wanted long layers and to frame my face. I bought a product to see if I could make it better at home. No hair spay or other product than what I bought was used. No face framing. No layers. Barley took off any hair. I’m going to try and fix it myself as I can’t afford to somewhere else to get it fixed. Maybe listen to your clients before you charge them $100+.

Barber spoke very poor English. I tried to explain how to cut my hair. She kept saying she understood and would do it the way my file said. She kept cutting and I told her she taking too much hair off on my right front. She kept saying she would fix it. I told 3-4 times to stop. She kept insisting. I finally told her to stop and I got out of the chair. The barber who normally cuts my hair ( she was in back room when I arrived) took over. Tried to fix it but while better I will have to live with a lopsided haircut for several weeks.

Haircut took 35+ minutes. A lot of long hairs were left. Haircut was uneven. To receive a refund or credit I was told to come back in to discuss. Lesson learned... All great clips are not the same.

First time coming here, first the good, using the app is extremely useful, second, I believed what was in google about their services and said “blow out”, I called to make sure and they said they’ll do it, when I went there they did something that was not a blow out, I would say they their services on the site should be updated and being honest that they don’t do blow outs, nice guys but I won’t go there for a blow out style.

Stopped in for first time 4/18/23 after checking website for wait time which is extremely convenient. Had a great experience and wife approved of cut by Jim Beam so my daughter who is not a barber can stop being the barber. I will be going back to Jim.

The two stylists in the store at the time of my visit were pleasant, the store looked clean, etc. I was seated promptly. No problems there. I answered the stylist's questions about the type of haircut I wanted. No, I didn't want a buzz cut; rather, I just wanted a #1 guard around my outline, #6 on top, and a normal transition between. That's not what I got. I immediately noticed a huge clump of hair on the cape, followed by more and more clumps. At that point, it didn't really matter what I wanted since she was already cutting the sides of my head much, much shorter than what we had just talked about. The result of my haircut makes it the #1 worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life. I will not be returning.

The worst place to cut your hair. My hair stylist didn’t even gave me her name. I tried to tell her how to do my haircut and she ask me to “stop talking because she knows what she’s doing”. She did not listen to my instructions and her work station was disgusting: the implements still had hair from previous customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Usually good service here. But the last 2 times the estimated wait time has been waaaaaay off. I get it that it is an estimate. But the last times I have been arriving 15-20 mins after the app said. I still had to wait 20 more mins. Hard to understand how it can give a 13 minute estimate at check in and it take 45+. Their stylists are friendly and give pretty good cuts

Went in to get hair trimmed from my neck. What’s horrible job she did how in the world did she become a hair stylist. Why does great clips hire unskilled stylist.
