I enjoy coming to this location since there are great stylists who understand my haircut needs. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the shop. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I live ten miles away but make a special effort to come by once every month to get my hair cut. I get many compliments on my cut. I appreciate the senior discount, coupons and free haircut on Veteran’s Day since I am a Navy veteran.

My haircut turned out fine but this Hair Stylist named Brenda was very impatient and seemed annoyed. I’ve been to this Great Clips many times and I’m surprised how she treats her customers so rudely. Never coming back to this location. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Atlast I got a perfect hair cut, all thanks to Manuella, she had the patience to listen and do the hair cut exactly the way I wanted. I highly recommend this place. Book your place online so that you don't have to wait for a long time in the line. I will definitely visit this place again.

Nice place and I don't have any complaints about the quality of the service. However, for a $20 haircut, showing suggested tip amount minimum as $5 is not appropriate I think. Its more than 25%. Though it has the option to customize and pay the amount whatever I like. But its creating a guilt feeling in customers mind. Looks like its a strategy followed by the chain forcing the customer to pay higher tip. IMO suggesting a tip amount should be banned across the country.

I've been going to Great Clips Old Towne Village for years and Manuela cuts my hair absolutely perfectly every time. Manuela is a pro, highly skilled, and a pleasure to talk to. But everyone there is friendly, efficient, and really cares about their customers. I suggest using the App to check in ahead of time - it's great and a pure genius idea!

Will not go to this location again. I went in and showed my stylist a picture of a taper fade and a scissored look up top, she proceeded to tell me she had been working long enough in the business to not need the photo. She then cut my hair in a completely different way, and then when she was finished she told me that I could not achieve the haircut I was looking for because of my hair texture? And the real problem is she had so much hair to work with beforehand to talk with me about what she could or couldn’t do, but she basically told me she could do it and then lied about it. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

So I decided to get a haircut today 10/24/21 @ 4:30 pm. When it was my turn to get my haircut the hair dresser had the audacity to ask me why I came in so late for a haircut then she rushed to cut my hair. Very unprofessional. You won’t see me again there E’.

I came in and asked for a haircut that was a little bit above my shoulders. The girl that cut my hair was very nice but my hair cut was god awful the length was beyond way to short. I said I wanted to be able to pull my hair up and that is not even close to possible now as my back half of my hair is only a inch or two long. The back was very jagged and choppy. My left side was about a half an inch longer then my right and my front pieces had a big section that was super long because it never got cut. I told the girl that it was way to short in the beginning but I know that she had to finish. She apologized quite a bit but the damage was done. When checking out they didn’t even offer to discount the cut at all. I feel as bad as it was it should have been free. I ended up having to go to another salon right after because of how bad it was. This is the worse haircut I have ever had.

I told her exactly what I wanted , she continued to cut off my hair. My husband has longer hair than I do. After she said “I guess you’ll have to do something about your color” thank you for scalping me. I will never come back!
