Earlier I gave 5 stars but changed to 1 as last 2 visits were very disappointing..specially today's visit was disheartening as hair stylist was very very slow and could not follow last notes. She was almost like cutting each hair at a time..it felt like she is very fresher as she dint know how to handle comb along with scissors...now I am sure I will go to another branch which now I feel is better than this...

First time at Great Clips. Haircut has multiple scissor marks and unevenly cut. My brother cuts his own hair and his "self haircut" is more professional. Waiting for minimal hair growth to recut at my longtime barber.

The lady who cut my hair should get arrested for impersonating a barber. After 3 minutes she thought she was finished and asked me if it’s ok and since I was terrified she will make it even worse, I told her thanks and went to find a real barber. Worst haircut ever

The person who cut my hair was always on phone checking his messages. Plus he forgot about my request which he asked me initially. Hair cut was not up to the mark, I will have to go another place to correct my hair cut now. I would NOT recommend this place.

Definitely not going back there. Horrible experience, we signed up on the App, waiting time was expected to be more than 50 minutes, we were the next ones on the screen, he escaped us, barely swept the floor, used the same cap without cleaning, he used the same utensils without disinfecting, was very rude with my son, was basically hitting his ears with the comb. I asked my son if everything was okay, he didn’t answer but, when we made it to our car, he confessed that he was very scared that this man could hurt him more if he complained. I can’t believe it! Before they had very nice, friendly people and the place wad clean, felt safe,, they knew their job. Not any longer!

I checked in online on December 20th and it indicated a 76 minute wait. I arrived at the salon in 76 minutes [prox] and my name was #1on the list. There were people waiting and names below mine on the list. The employee told me she was going to take a name below mine first because they were having trouble with the sign in system. She proceeded to take that customer. I left the salon. I will never go back due to the obvious mistreatment and lack of customer service. Horrible experience.

Just had my hair cut and the older woman cutting it was not good at all. Too big of a hurry, did not listen to my directions. I even wondered if she new what she was doing. O will not return to that location.

One of the worst hair cuts my toddler has ever had. He looks like Pete Wentz and 00’s emo. It’s literally shorter on top, longer in the front, choppy all over. The hair on his forehead is cut into an upside down u shape. She thinned it out so much there really isn’t much that can be done to fix it. How and she made my husband pay in cash and go to an atm. Which seems shady. This was 1/4/25 at noon.

The lady who cut my hair was not paying attention she literally was running hair trimmer without control. She messed up my side burns. She completely trimmed it from one side. Will not recommend this location. Very disappointed Edit: Contacted the customer and their response “Thank you for sharing your comments. We regret the negative experience you had while visiting an independently owned Great Clips® salon. We will contact the owner of the salon about your experience, who will get in touch with you in a timely manner.” They never replied back

We absolutely love Damonte. We come back here just for him every time. My son has autism and is very sensitive to the itchy feeling of hair after a haircut. Damonte goes out of his way to make him as comfortable as possible and is always so patient. So appreciative!
