Great haircut at a fair price, but I am really here to shout-out Karen, the stylist. She'd worked a long day, but still greeted me with a smile, patiently listened to my needs, laughed along with me and was the epitome of professionalism. Highly recommended!

Was getting in the chair when the the person doing the haircuts told me to wait a minute and when I was standing there waiting for her to clean up the area a man walks in and says he checked in online. The lady then looks at me and told me I would have to wait. I understand if you check in you go first but I was getting in the chair before the man even came in to the store. I am a long time customer of great clips so i understand and have waited before because people check in online but it just hits different when you honestly next and you are asked to move out of line.

I checked in on the app so i didn’t have to wait. Luana took amazing care of me as soon as I walked in. Perfect haircut and even got some salon grade hair products on sale. Best haircut i’ve gotten in a few years!

I have been coming to see Hannah at this location for a few years now and I just love her to death! She is so kind, patient, and always listens to me & what I would like done every time. Hannah has always done an excellent job on my hair & I fully trust her. She also goes above and beyond every time and is so genuine!

I moved to North Carolina a little over a year ago, I came to this location to get my haircut, I met Hannah, she was so welcoming and so easy to talk to. I have been coming to see Hannah every two weeks for the last year and one month. Hannah is such a wonderful stylist and to me a great friend. My first friend I made in North Carolina. This location and Hannah have a very special place in my heart. I moved back to Kentucky and dread the thought of my hair getting cut by anyone else other than Hannah. Hannah has put a lot of years into her work and her work shows that. She truly is one of a kind and amazing. Hannah is such a dear friend to my heart. Thank you for all the wonderful memories you have given me in Charlotte 💕

I went to get my ends clipped and wanted layers but they weren’t able to do it . My first time there my hair was perfect but this second time, my hair isn’t straight at all . Sad to say that I won’t be back

I've been going here since I've lived in Charlotte and they always do a great job. Hannah cut my hair today and was as friendly and efficient as usual. They're on temporary hours right now but still give the same great service as usual. You can check in online and see if there's a wait.

Haven’t had issues with the haircuts, but multiple times I’ve gone to the location and no one is there/doors locked when hours state they are open. Wasted time

I MUST SAY THE LADY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE but... I went in to get my hair trimed 2" evenly all the way across. Went badly for myself. My hair is all uneven and all chopped up as if i got layers . Not what i exspected but luckly my hair is medium lengnth and can be fixed..

I must begin by sharing I have 20+ years of customer service. I've upheld nothing but respect and complete understanding for any worker's livelihood through public service, that is until today after our unfortunate encounter & poor haircut outcome. I discuss with the alleged hairstylist what we wanted which was brief, as to be expected bc there's always a sense of rushed urgency even though there was only one person waiting. And even though by their policy we were first on the list by signing in online, she still took someone else that walked in before me anyway. But I'm patient, yet that did not pay off for me. Back to me telling her why a level 3 is good enough for his age of 6. The front just needed to be out of his face which is usually side swiped styled, however that is to be achieved by how the stylist suggests/prefers, basically & frankly what the apparent hairstylists deems comfortable so that the end result isn't butchered. My one preference was for the front not to be crooked. The question was asked how short do I want the front to go. My response was just so that it's not in his eyes anymore and crooked. She heard me and said when we get to that point we'll talk more. I respected that, sure. Then come time for me to look as she welcomes me to do and I know flaws when I see them. At the salon before we left I told her where it was uneven she fixed some of it but refused to listen to the entirety of the issues. As I'm calmly trying to show her she barely looks and keeps saying I do my best I can't see what you see even though she doesn't want to look at her own mirror where the symmetry is off. So let me explain: from the front view, 1. The upper left corner is cut higher up and rounded off 2. The upper right corner is cut lower and squared off, more like a half-top pentagon 3. From his eyebrows vantage point it is visible where she decided to frame the face & it is not even. There's less space on the left side, there's more space on the right side. That is where she stopped taking criticism and shut down. Again all through out I remained calm. I should have demanded at the least a discount. But I have never brought myself to ridicule someone's work when in all honesty she continuously rather disregard me completely & clearly wished me gone ASAP. I knew I could have put up more of a fight and be heavily problematic but we are mourning after the loss of my grandmother 2 days ago. Hence why getting this haircut for him was important and particular for me so he can be presentable for her ceremony this weekend. I shouldn't have to argue that far to deserve a charming look & service for my boy. Knowing I had the right to definitely stay longer, I chose to let her silence me bc there was nothing more she was willing to accept to correct. I can deliver what is necessary one way or another. My husband found the overall haircut not good. Which I warned her it is either me complaining or his dad. My mother & brother could also clearly see where the overall haircut is uneven & agreed. I can provide fair and well detailed visuals for any and all to see for yourself, though it appears Google limits including pictures in this portion of the post.This was a huge shame in countless many ways.

I've been getting my hair cut by the same stylist at this location for a couple of years now, and I really like her. The location is very convenient and on-line check-in is great. Current price for seniors is $18.00 and I had a coupon so it was a great bargain. The store is clean and modern and the stylist cleans and sanitizes her tools after each customer.

Love this great clips! I drive 30 mins to this location to see Evette because she always does such a great job trimming my hair. She takes off just the right amount to keep my hair healthy and has helped me with growing it out.

That was the worst experience of life! Hanna told me that they were closed at 5:37 but the hours on the door said 6. She was already cutting a gentlemen hair. She did say “ I will not finish with this hair cut till after 6 and I don’t want you to waste your time.” I would not stop in this location, I would save my money. So I guess they need to change the hours on the door till 5:30 so that Hanna can leave at 6. Also asked for card so that I could call the owner or someone higher up and she told that they were out but I could look up if I wanted to say something.
