Been going to great clips since 2016 and I must say this location was the worst one! I have had great experiences at other locations but as we moved to north charlotte, I tried here for the first time. She was in a rush to cut my hair and left a lot of hair on the neck. Not going back there.

Great Clips has become fast clips! Don't even comb your hair when done. Feels like an assembly line.

Continued exceptional service. Great Team. So to start off and be completely transparent..... I have a shop that I have been going to for several Years. With My schedule being as crazy as it is, it's hard to make an appointment at times. I had never had the pleasure of going to Great Clips but may have found My new go to place. There are several Hair Cut locations in My area and the greatest concern that I have had is finding a Barber that gives great service and a great hair cut. As I entered, the place was very clean and there was a Hair Stylist at the Second Chair. For Pro's and Con's, it would have been nice to be Greeted when walking in. I realize and accept that there is a need to focus on the Person You are Servicing but a Greeting would be nice. The Young Lady that took care of My Hair Cut was in the First Chair. She did a great job getting Me signed in, I let Her know that I wanted a 2 on the sides and the top trimmed short. The cut was Great. Thank You for a great experience, I look forward to returning to Chair 1

This was my fourth time coming here My first Terrible experience One of the ladies was argumentative, was unnecessarily confrontational with me when all I said was how to cut my hair, and she made me feel uncomfortable while cutting my hair because of her attitude

Tried to do online check in and it said the online check in was down. Showed up to an empty store with no one in the chairs just before 6:30pm and was told "we're not taking walk ins anymore" kinda sad because I've been coming here for years and always at the same time. Don't worry I won't come back.

My some had the worst haircut ever, shift supervisor and the hairstylist were rude! I would never suggest this location.

Worse place to go showed the woman a picture and she acted as if she would go by it then goes on and butchers my hair nothing like the picture I showed her. She acted like she was trying to just get it done everything she did she just acted like she didn’t care just wanted me out the door. Never going back.

Don’t go here for womens cut, i went in to get my bangs fixed and had half my thick hair thinned out to add “texture” my hair looks awful, there is no shape, its uneven, and extremely thin now.

I was so glad today when I entered Great Clips oat Highland creek and saw the best hair cutter in town there Ms Kyra knows how stuff, she cuts to your face you’ll never go out looking like you came in!!! Thank you Ms. Kyra I’ll be back

Been coming to this location for awhile, Brittany always does a great job and is very consistent with my cuts. I have also been taken care of by Kyra who also is very nice to talk to and does a great job.

I was always satisfied up untill my last experience, wherein a totally untrained person handled my haircut and it was not at all satisfactory. I have never had such an experience before and I have been your customer for the past 11 years. With increasing prices, I expect the service persons to be properly trained and tested before giving them access to the floor. I was tempted to leave a 1 star review but because of my long association with you leaving 2 stars.

My wife called for Shampoo and was told to come in and than the stylist said she was by herself but no customers were present and refused the Shampoo and than started swearing at me wife all the way outside Really rude

I was donating my hair. I told the stylist how much I was donating. She cut it off and started doing the rest of the hair cut without even asking me what I kind of cut I wanted. I had to interrupt her mid cut.

I don’t think calling someone dark! Is acceptable and I don’t think great clips should allow for anybody to be spoken to in that manner. Ownership should have some standards about the customers they allow in their place of business. Disgusting!!! Indian man calling someone else dark, look in the mirror.
