Worst experience, I did not even get a hair cut, walked out as soon as the person spoke ....I am not expecting people to be polite, at the same time they should not be so rude to attend a customer....please train the folks on how to speak to customers.

NEVER go to Rosa. I normally have a very set, very well defined hairline. She went WAY over the hairline and it’s INCREDIBLE uneven. Terrible experience

I always get good haircut in Storecrest location and the barbers there are really friendly and keep checking if they are doing good. I love that location also the wait time is short there. But the location in Ballantine is near to me but I dont like to there due to bit rude Barbers. I went there for my kids hair cut and the lady who cut his hair was rude and didnt like to hear how my son wants the design. I wont go there next time.

Absolutely the worst haircut that could be done to a youth adolescent. You need to learn how to do a zero or 1 fade in. Or just tell the person don't know what the He... your doing. Last time I will ever spend my money here! This place is a joke !!! I wouldn't this place cut my dogs hair!

Do yourself a favor and never go here. I was treated terribly by the scum of the Earth just now. Overcharged and insulted. I needed a haircut to attend my son's remembrance. Terrible haircut and basically treated like trash.

I took my kid to this place for haircut but had a worst experience, The lady who did hair cut for my kid doesn't even have a patience to complete the hair cut. she sent us back with partial hair cut. even one star is waste for this location.

My daughter in law gave SPECIFIC instructions to the stylist about cutting my young adolescent grandson's hair. She did not follow any of the directions, and my grandson was too intimidated to say anything. He cried after leaving the place. They will never return. And do yourself a favor and avoid anymajor disappointment. Would rate it less than zero stars if possible.

The oversized lady that looks like Miss Puff from SpongeBob, did a horrendous job on my hair. Did not get her name but she was the biggest lady in there, so you will know. She was rushing so fast, that she clipped herself two separate times and started bleeding while cutting my hair. The only good stylist is the African lady. Everyone else is Trash

Worst experience ever first of all, an employee has no etiquette on how to talk to a customer she was blatantly saying my wife as a grand mom on the top the lady cutting my sons hairs was making lot faces when we just asked her to cut a little extra.... We have literally stopped the cutting, paid the money, and left out.. Based on my experience, I would not suggest anyone to go to this location....

Would avoid this place in the future. Had taken my kid for a hair cut and his ear had a cut after the hair cut which was covered with talc. The stylists were not very friendly either.
