Basically I was watching my friend get his hair cut and he had an inspiration picture of what he wanted his hair to look like. I will say I do believe that the stylist did her best since he was in the chair for over an hour. Moreover, he had a lot of hair to begin with and she even walked him through what she was going to do with his hair and didn’t end up doing it. Some communication was involved and she eventually said “I’m just gonna do what’s on the picture you’re showing me” and it did not happen. I got called over by my friend to give my honest thoughts about how he looks and shortly after I got told I was making the stylist nervous and got sent back upfront to sit down, while others were able to watch whoever they were accompanied with, with no problems at all. From a spectator experience it was really unprofessional, the stylist was nice don’t get me wrong but I don’t know why the time that was spent gave a result so poor, it was almost like the stylist was lost. I feel as though customers would rather hear that it would be difficult to get something they expect instead of leaving the salon with something they don’t want.

When I got home I noticed that my sides were uneven. Even though it was an inconvenience going back, I loved how the people there handled it. I called and they told me to go by before closing and that they would fix me right up and make it right. Camil did a great job fixing me up and on top of that gave me a $2 coupon for a future visit. I appreciate great customer service.

My experience with Vanessa has been absolutely wonderful! I have been going in to see her exclusively for the better part of a year; at this point I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. The quality of service she provides is akin to that you would receive in an upscale salon. I have tried out a few places that would fall into the latter category, and the results I have (consistently) had with Vanessa trumps all of them. Would highly recommend visiting this Great Clips location and asking for Vanessa the next time you need a haircut!

Worst place to get a hair cut. I don’t know why people work here when they have no interest in working my hair cut was done in just 3mins. I would rather cut my hair myself than come to this location.

Nadyne was AMAZING! I hope she sticks around this location for a while. This was my first time coming to Great Clips after switching over from Super Cuts as the location closest to my house closed down. This place is no more than 3 min away from my job, so I decided to swing by during my lunch hour and get a much needed haircut. I sighed up online to save my spot and drove on over there. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Nadyne and immediately felt at ease. Couldn't have waited no more than 5 min when I was brought back. I told her exactly what I wanted, and she understood completely and went to work. She was very chatty and never a dull moment with her. Felt like I knew her all my life. It's wonderful to come across employees who are always nice and welcoming and truly enjoy what they do. She took me step by step of what she was cutting off and why all while keeping my length and how I wanted it cut. I will definitely be coming here from now on. This is located in a shopping center next to Mama Ricattas, and I arrived around 12, and the place was already packed with limited parking spaces in the front.

Hit or miss depending on which stylist you get. Some are very good, some are downright awful. I recommend going elsewhere if you really care how your haircut turns out, otherwise it’s a gamble.

I got the worst haircut of my life at this great clips. It is so choppy and uneven and to fix it I would have to go much shorter (at least 3 inches) than I originally wanted to. I’m so disappointed with this haircut it was honestly devastating

I had worst haircut in my life, it was so embarrassing to show my face in the team. She did the haircut in 5 mins and didn’t clean the hair properly. If anyone have any special events coming up do not opt this salon. You will definitely regret.

I recently moved to Charlotte, NC and needed to find someone that I could trust with my hair. Great Clips is just around the corner from my apartment so I decided to go check it out. Nadean is friendly and attentive - she can always execute the hairstyle I’m looking for. She’s knowledgeable about hair maintenance and styling. This has become my go to place!
