Okay, I’ve sat and thought about this review for many days now. I came in for a haircut here and asked for long layers and just a trim. A simple task, honestly, I think I could do it. My hairdresser who was very sweet and seemed like a kind lady destroyed my hair. I don’t think there is anything else to say. I had to demand another stylist to fix it who by the way did amazing (thank you so much by the way), and then also went to get it fixed at a professional salon because it was still pretty screwed up. Even they had a hard time. Anyway, I feel like I’ve been deeply wronged and will be requesting a refund because that was terrible.

The haircut was good, but I wanted a little bit shorter, and she just dismissed me. The stylist should listen to the customer, and do what the customer requested. I wished I didn’t give her a tip 🤨

Additionally, I've found that the staff changes frequently, making it hard to rely on a consistent experience. While there are a few who pay attention to detail, they’re definitely the exception rather than the rule. Overall, it’s a decent option, especially for the price, but you might want to consider who’s cutting your hair.

I have been visiting this branch for a long time and pretty happy with their service. But yesterday I had a bad experience when I went for a haircut. The black lady clearly had an attitude problem and was kind of rude. Firstly, she asked me why I don’t cut my hair regularly, and looked annoyed at me.( I get a haircut every 2 months). Secondly, she kept on insisting that I need to keep my head perfectly straight . Even if my head moved slightly she would not hesitate to point it out. This was really annoying. I told her that I never had such problem during a haircut my entire life and she said that her hands were sensitive. Lastly, the haircut she gave was also not good. The faded look was not proper. I am giving 2 stars just because of my prior good experiences at this branch.

I walked in to Great Clips today at 1:58pm and asked for a shampoo and blow dry. I was told they could not blow dry my (shoulder length) hair because they were short staffed. They had 4 people working so I am not sure what she meant. Also, I had no idea that the type of service they could provide was based on the number of staff they had. I told the 2 Spanish ladies I didn’t mind waiting and they said sorry “shampoo only” then I asked so no one can get their hair blowdried today? Then one of the ladies said we are very busy. I waited to get my hair shampooed for 9 minutes. I wouldn’t call that busy. I’m writing this review to let others know, while they say they take walk-ins, if you walk in at 1:58 on a Friday, you may not be able to get your hair blowdried, which makes no sense to me.

I was the second person in line. They told me it would not be long. Meanwhile, apparently, they hay 6-8 people ahead of me on call ins. They just keep coming in an going ahead of me! They could have told me!!! Poorly run. Terrible

I would give negative, I could cut my hair with my eyes closed and do a better job, never coming here again, and I gave them two chances but it sucked each time.

Worst haircut of my 67 year life! I specifically asked her to leave fullness on the sides but instead walked out looking like a man. At first she picked up the clippers and I had to tell her I preferred a scissor cut which I've gotten for 30 years.

I walked in with no appointment and was able to be seated and had my hair cut done within 20 minutes. Super quick, super friendly, and easy to walk right in (provided you have an account, which is just your phone number and basic info. I'm sure if you didnt it would only take a minute to put your info in the computer). Tara was the stylist who cut my hair and she did a great job! Even though she had never cut my hair before, which can be a little tricky to cut, she figured it out quickly and gave me a great haircut! 10/10 would recommend!

My boyfriend and I came in to get his hair cut. We walked in and were greeted with smiles. The haircut was $20 (which is fine) so my boyfriend added a tip, and the lady at the front desk laughed as if our tip wasn’t good enough… so we said we would take our business elsewhere and the lady kept asking for his phone number to check in and since we already paid, after her 3rd time of asking for his phone number we said whatever and got the cut. I was worried his cut was going to get screwed up because of the tip so I threw in an extra ten dollars and she started laughing and smiling. She definitely didn’t deserve a tip after all, but with both of us working in this service industry I wasn’t going to not tip (I was initially saving an extra tip for at the end) completely unprofessional and will not be returning

Very bad service from the staff ,we just took our son to this location and they accidentally shaved his half eyebrow ,they do not even pay attention on what they are doing, but they expect us to Tip.Will not recommend this location at all
