I recently visited with my daughter for a simple trim, intending to just cut the edges of her hair. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The stylist failed to cut her hair evenly.

I have been to Great Clips at different locations and those locations were ok but this on Rea Toad one is very pathetic, ladies don’t know what they are doing, black ladies don’t know how to cut hair, they don’t even understand what to do. They cut my son’s hair too short, I even told them to leave them long on top but they don’t do what you tell them. Zero from me!

Rude and Nasty employee's as sure short staffed, but went in last two early Sat. afternoon, and got same 'You sign in on line"? If not over a hour wait...............one stylist...........will never go to this franchise again.

I was looking for a good barbershop near my house and someone recommended this one to me, I was impressed with the good service, the place was very clean, in addition, the hairdresser was very friendly from the beginning, and she cut my hair very well, one more thing before I went to schedule my appointment online and they attended to me according to the waiting time, I recommend this place to all my friends.

Kaitlyn (spelling?) Did the best job on my 6 year old son's hair! The lady before him jacked it all up but she not only fixed it but made it look better than before! She's got the moves people! Thank you so much for doing a phenomenal job on Cameron's hair!!!

It's the worst hairstyle I've ever had. I don't even ask for a hairstyle and I cut my hair as I please. I feel very bad. The employees can't even trim their hair properly. Many people will relate. It's disgusting and the worst thing a staff member says not to worry about. Don't go to this store.

It was truly fabulous and my hair cut dresser TENNILLE WAS TRULY " OUT OF SIGHT" HONESTLY just keeps getting better and better! We were just there today and Tennille was truly just fabulous.

Not good. Haircutters here are bad at their job. Left Uneven areas. Some bald spots. Rushed job. Had to repeatedly ask them to equalize obviously uneven areas. Had to clean neck line and sideburns ourselves at home. You can cut your hair better at home than these ppl.

Took my daughter to get a hair cut, gave a picture to the hairdresser of what we were looking for as far as haircut. I saw that the hairdresser was going to a whole different direction, stopped her but managed to completely destroy the haircut. I realized that it was pointless to argue at this point as that hairdresser is clearly incompetent at reproducing a haircut from a picture. The final result was horrible which led me to take my daughter to another salon and fix the issue.

Worst experience of all time! Never visit again. I am unsure if she has any expertise as hair stylist .Never recommended, make me keep bald and not even shaved neck properly. I hope @greatclips will not let it happen to others.

absolutely atrocious. i have never come out of a great clips store without a sense of dissatisfaction and embarrassment. the staff literally never get the hair cut at least 50% right. my recent experience was the most horrendous: i came there expecting a short trim/clean up and got the exact opposite. i told the barber specifically to only TRIM the sides and back, and only take a very short amount of the front. she SHAVED most of the side and back off, and when she started the front i emphasized to only cut a very small amount and guess what? she shaved 85% of it off. once i looked in the mirror at home, i noticed that in the front it’s so damn uneven. i would honestly throw up looking at my hair in the mirror. the staff never fail to disappoint, and they NEVER listen to what you are asking. i would give them 0 stars but i can’t. and the ridiculous part of this is that it has been like this for as long as i can remember. i am never going to to great clips ever again!
