Angie and Shelby always cut our hair. They do a perfect job but they are also friendly. They remember things about us which makes us feel like more than the next person on the schedule.

First time at this location. It was kind of in the evening. Worst haircut experience EVER!!! my hair is a mess. The girl was had no experience or just completely lazy. Didn’t know to trim a hair line or line behind the ears..

My hairstylist's name was Trina. She was unfriendly and rushed through the haircut. I showed her a selfie of how my haircut looked the last time I got it done there and that I wanted that same cut, which matches the notes from my last visit. She glanced at the screen and didn't say a word. The haircut she gave me was half of what I asked for. While I was holding the mirror and looking at the end result, she sighed a couple times, making me feel rushed to get up. Once I said, "Yeah, that'll do" she rolled her eyes and yanked the mirror out of my hands. Super unprofessional. I will not be going to her again, ever.

No management!!!!! Store supposed to open at 9:00. Employee rolled up at 9:00 with 3 drinks in her hand strolled to the door with a customer standing outside and announced the store would not open for another 15 minutes because they are short staffed. About 6 minutes in went back out to her car to get her bag. Literally opened the door and turned on the light at 9:15 knowing there was a customer waiting all that time. Clearly not here for their customers. Don’t waste your time at this location.

One of the best overall hair cut places ive been to in a while. Ive got 3 haircuts here, all good. These people are able to listen to what you want and simply do that.

Angie is great. I live in PA, and I've told her more than once that I have to go all the way to VA to get a cut that I'm happy with. She's friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you're looking for a new stylist.

Took my 5 year old for his hair cut. Showed the hairstylist what hair cut I want and despite of that she cut his hair so bad, No where close to the pic I showed. If you can’t do the job, then tell upfront. Wasted my $19. Also, no smile, rude face towards the toddler. once hair cut was done, my son had hair all over his face and neck and I have to remind her to clean that up. Very careless, not welcoming attitude. Never going back. Disappointed
