They sent me away thinking I had lice? And I my husband pick at my head all night and paid $60 at the lice doctor for everyone to tell me I had dandruff. What a way to spend 24 hours

awful. i had to tell her that my hair was uneven. i asked her to stop cutting and she didn’t listen to me. she just kept cutting and cutting. i don’t know how difficult it is to cut straight across, but im sure that she should’ve learned that before she got her licence. now im stuck with waaaay too short hair that i have no idea what to do with. update as of october 2024: I emailed the help center where i was told i would receive an update. I continued to email them weekly to remind them that i was still there. The person who i was emailing with told me they could not get in contact with the owner of this location. they offered a $30 great clips gift card. at that point, i just gave up. im still waiting for my hair to grow back enough so i can get it fixed somewhere else.

I was here this afternoon to get my hair fixed. I dont want to sound rude but there is this spanish lady who is rude with me and got the stereotypical attitude that indian dont tip. 1st she called people who were after me in the system and gave weird looks. At the end of the session i obviously I didn’t tip coz then she started talking rude. Not expected at all.

Really depends on the stylist. I usually have a great experience with Maria and the other ladies. But I went a few days ago and a different lady I hadn't seen before was the one who was available- I asked her to just trim less than a half inch, that I was trying to grow my hair out and I didn't want a full cut, just a trim- and I kid you not she cut three inches off my hair, four in some places, undoing almost a year of work to grow it out, and I'm so upset. My hair was mid-back length and now it is above my shoulders and I came in for a TRIM. She also cut my hair completely dry without water, which made it frizzy and thin. You should be able to pick your stylist here because it is so hit or miss! I have come here many times but I don't think I'll be back after this experience. Update: I called to see if anything could be done, and the manager for the day (Maria) handled everything perfectly and fixed my hair at no cost. Best customer service I have ever received at a GreatClips, so I am improving my rating.

First timer here, I loved it. I felt welcomed from the beginning by two nice ladies. No wait time and super good prices. I had maria as my stylist and she did a great job understanding my style needs and making sure she was fulfilling my needs, she was also very kind and efficient in her work, also helped me with some questions I had about hairstyles. Awesome service, will go back again for sure.

I had a terrible experience at the salon today. I asked the stylist to keep my length, add a round shape at the end, and add bangs, but she ended up chopping off 3/4 of my hair. She was very harsh and had long nails that caused cuts on my face. The customer service was poor, and it was an awful experience overall. I don't recommend going there if she is working.

They claim that they do not take Amex. I have used American Express here before so that was weird. Haircut was fine and well done.
