Clean facility and good behavior of the staff. Unfortunately the hair cut was horrible. This is the first time I’m extremely disappointed with the stylist. The lady who assisted me had no clue about what style i had and she just followed the number 1.5. I would not recommend this place if you need to look descent after your hair cut. Sorry

They did quite a good job for the price of 25-dollar haircut. Don’t expect any fancy styling. I need a basic haircut with a layer. Regarding the hair layer, it was decent. I am satisfied with the result. They did what i told them with a bit of layer and length for a pony tail. It was good for me.

It's my first time at this location and the worst haircut cut I ever had. I asked to keep my hair long, but the old lady took a random number on the trimmer and made my hair too short. One mistake these useless ppl make, i have to wait for another month to get back to my previous style.

Worst haircut ever. Haircut was very bad, and beard trim was uneven on both sides when I looked properly. Trimmed my beard more and removed more where it didnt need removing. Please think again before coming to this location.

I’ve consistently been to great clips in other areas of the city but this is definitely the worst experience I had at great clips so far. Stylist seemed to be in a bad mood and was fairly apathetic about my hair. Did quickly inquire what I wanted in terms of haircut but did most of the cut without asking for preferences, which was also already in the system. Did not need any water to cut my hair, which I’ve never experienced before though I’m no barber. Very tip heavy salon and stylists were complaining amongst each out about the low tips they received with previous customers during my cut. Great clips is not by any means your high end hair cutting experience but this location is by far the bottom of the barrel.

I don’t understand why was he using machine with heavy hand while trimming my beard. Trimmed the part of beard under my lips without even me telling him and than couldn’t even shape it properly. He will try to behave cool with you, so you can’t complain. Not worth going again or recommending anyone. Nor worth for money you will spend there.

Eric did a great job with my daughter’s haircut. It was her first time haircut in the USA. She was super excited for the haircut. He was patient with her little chatter that was going on with regards to the haircut she needed. He immediately bonded with Myra and made her comfortable and relieved. She was delighted with the haircut and couldn’t stop admiring herself in the mirror post the haircut. She loved the whole vibes and place and wanted to be there again the next time for sure. Thanks Eric for making her first time Haircut in the USA a memorable one! And appreciate the team there who immediately connected with Myra and joined her chatter 😀😀😀🫶👍👏👏👏

My husband and I go there monthly for our haircuts. Sheree does mine and Eric does my husband. Not inly do we get great haircuts, but they are both the best! Accommodating, professional, all around wonderful.

Worst haircut I have ever had, it was Zack who did my haircut and there were cuts all over the back of my neck and ears. DO NOT COME HERE FOR HAIRCUT. Highly disappointed with the service.

My hair stylist at great clips was very arrogant at Great Clips, 547 W Madison st. I do not remember her name but she was the only old woman working there. I tried to explain her the haircut I am looking for and she did the complete opposite. Very arrogant. I asked if you can do something about my haircut (after she badly messed it up), she literally said "i am not a barber, don't ask me to style your hair." VERY DISAPPOINTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. wouldn't recommend a haircut from that particular woman.

Probably the worst haircut I’ve had in my life. Haircut was less then 10 minutes for 5 inches taken off. Unable to follow any sort of directions. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT A DECENT HAIRCUT!

I’ve been to this salon multiple times, all great experiences. However I wasn’t too pleased with the last time, Cherise was my stylist. Maybe she was just having an off day, but she gave me so much attitude. Usually stylist give a consultation before cutting my hair. She just started doing whatever was on clip notes from the last time without asking if that’s what I wanted still (did not). It’s okay hair grows back, no biggie. If I’m paying for something, I’d like it done how I want it. After that she cut my neck with her trimmers, I didn’t notice until I got home, and my wife told me my neck was all red and I had a huge cut there. Hopefully she gets some more experience in and doesn’t do this to everyone.
