"Buffy" cut my daughters and my hair. We both specifically told her NO LAYERS!!! She did anyways!! We both also told her we wanted a TRIM!! She cut 5 inches off my daughter's hair and 3 off mine!!! Parted my hair in an S shape on the top of my head. (Didn't notice that until I got in the car! I have extremely curly hair, she drenched my head with that spray bottle, you're not supposed to cut curly hair wet!!! Highly upset. There honestly is nothing you can do to help this. A refund is not worth it, a coupon not worth it, free next cut not worth it!!! This lady was tweaking, moving all over the place, didn't say one word the whole cut! DO NOT GO TO THIS GREAT CLIPS AND IF YOU HAVE TO DO NOT LET "BUFFY" CUT YOUR HAIR!!!!!

Always a great haircut I've been going to the one in withamsville for at least 15 years. The ladies that work there have been there as long as I've been going there so every time I go in it's pretty awesome always comfortable never a long Wait. Overall great experience no issues.

I didn't get the style that I wanted even though I showed her the picture. Paid $20, it's higher than i paid before at great clips in Columbus for $14

Worst place to get a hair cut if you want to sit and wait for 30 mins to get passed up for someone that they know then this is the place for you.... But I would not recommend to anyone

Had a messed up haircut from a different company, came in to get it fixed and Katie did just that! She was amazing, if you go here I recommend her!

The cut is just the way that I want it. Melanie did a great job and was friendly and accommodating. The Park Plaza location is my favorite location, but Roger in Blue Ash does a great job too.

They actually listened to my son’s haircut preferences for my son. I loved that they knew exactly what I was looking for on our second visit. He has medium hair, and I had heard horror stories from other locations but I gave them a chance at the Withamsville location and they have not disappointed. MELANIE is great, a few times, haircut was not made by Melanie, it went ok… but now I always go whenever Melanie is on schedule.
