Unfortunately this shop has some major issues with training new employees. I've never had to fix a haircut myself before, but thankfully after learning to cut my own hair during COVID I was able to fix the front, which was super uneven. This wasn't even the worst of it, as I didn't notice how bad the cut was in the shop because I was so anxious to leave due to an absolutely filthy work station I had to stare at the entire time. Piles of hair on the counter, multiple dirty electric cutters pulled up, hair gunked in the dryer... Before I could even say anything she put the comb she was using on my hair right into a pile of someone else's hair - then picked it back up to use on me! The more I thought about it, I was not even sure the comb was sanitized at all. I paid, ran home and washed my hair about 5 times.

Not a haircut... More like a Butcher Chop, girl was lost... HOW HORRIBLE! Had to get hair fixed at an experienced salon. Go elsewhere people..

I had tashia and the service was horrible, I explained to her what I wanted and I accidentally touched the hair cutting machine and she started yelling at me saying how expensive the machine is. Overall everything was horrible.

He is so rough and not friendly at all. He doesn’t care about customer and he made the customer not feel comfortable at all while he is sodium g his service. I do not recommend at all to that location.

It's a fine place to get a regular haircut. Nothing fancy, nothing bad. Never had an issues. Can get busy, so check in online ahead of time.

As a licensed cosmetologist, absolutely horrifying haircut. The stylist went to start cutting my hair without asking how much I wanted to cut. I had to physically grab my hair and stop her. Then when she was cutting my hair she didn’t section it at all. There was zero technical skill, it looked and felt like someone off the street was cutting my hair. I made it out without having my hair butchered but it was not even. I went to a second salon immediately and had it recut. Do not recommend at all, so disappointed. I travel a lot and use great clips a lot and have never had a problem until today.

Unless a person pays for the extra data coverage for the app. It's not even fair for people to walk in. Sitting for an hour waiting for the lobby to be emptied twice is not fair. I'm a first coe first serve customer. I have np being patient or scheduling appointment while fact to face. However the answer for question how long it will be? "A few minutes." is a lie. I didn't even get it cut after waiting like that there.
