They either don't care or just do not know how to cut hair. It took two people to cut my hair OFF! I didn't wish to discuss guns while getting my hair CHOPPED either. Do not recommend.

Today was a most unfortunate occurrence.i checked in online 19 min wait.then the wait was longer for me.and before i realized what actually happened (i was lost from the list and just chilling for no reason )the store was close to closing and i was left w no haircut or options to get one that late.it was very surprising behavior i have never experienced at this location.i wont be returning .i was just in line for a basic cut i was overdue for.i received unnecessary inconvenience

When handling issues within the store It is always best to not embarrass one of your customers in the process. Your response seemed unjustified and could’ve been delivered so much better than you did. Thank you for making me feel so uncomfortable that I quickly left and didn’t even realize I was shorted the change I was owed.

Ignored me when I asked for a 6 on the back and sides with NOTHING OFF THE TOP. She was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers and did a 6 on the back sides AND top when I specifically told her not to, now my hair is a wreck for the next several months until it grows back, thanks for that. I would rate 0/5 if I could.

Abby gave me the best haircut in my 47 years. Ive never gotten a bad cut at great clips. She really did a great job. Thank you Abby, I feel like a new lady right now. ❤️

I walked in to pre-book an appointment with style services as well as a cut & was told no. I offered to pre-book & over pay. I am very happy with my stylist. My stylist is great at my hair... but evidently expecting a hair style at a Hair Salon is unreasonable, even with the intent to book forward and pay more? Interesting. The manager informed me I could go pay $80 at a real salon... Thanks for the tip. Sorry Starr. I tried.

Worst experience for my son ever! I asked them to cut his hair a certain way and instead of listening to the paying customer they just cut hair how ever they feel like doing it. Ask her to line up the edges and she just ignored what I said and cut what she wanted. I paid for something that I could have done myself

***BEWARE*** Went here to get a haircut. Asked for a 2 on the sides and to make the top fingertip length. Like a fade, pretty basic haircut for a guy. This girl trimmed the sides and didn't even touch the top of my hair, then asked if it looked okay. I told her that she hadn't even touched the top at all. She then took the same trimmers and comb and once again trimmed the sides and didn't touch the top of my head. It was painfully obvious that they were just trying to get out of there early as it was around 430 and they were closing at 5. I was the only person in the building. The haircut didn't even take 5 minutes. Now I look absolutely ridiculous. I could have cut my own hair myself better than this with my eyes closed. I'm mortified to even go in public now. Never again great clips. I'm seriously debating shaving my head right now. It's that bad. Even my family is in disbelief saying "I can't believe someone that is that bad at cutting hair is doing it for money". Save your money and you dignity. Go anywhere but here!

Back in December I came in with an overgrown hair style that I wanted trimmed up so it would still be decently long and fluffy! Turns out what I was hoping to get was NOT what I had asked for. My stylist didn't even smile OR talk to me the entire time, I ended up walking out with a butchered haircut, bangs too short, SHORTER THAN I HAD ASKED FOR, And I cried the whole car ride home, and a week straight after it was cut. It's been over a year since I've ever got my haircut, because I've been too afraid to walk back into this salon. I'm terrified for what they'd do to my hair next time I'd schedule for an appointment. If you want short/medium lengthed fluffy hair, do NOT go to great clips.

Came in with my family and we all got cuts. The boys hair looks great, fine. I wanted the dead ends cut off mine and LONG layers and was shown where it would be cut and where the shortest layer would be. I guess she was scissor happy because she just kept cutting and cutting and my hair turned out to be way shorter than agreed upon. It looks awful now and no fixing it unless more is cut off. Not happening. Looking at other reviews it seems pretty common for them to go shorter than agreed upon.

Holly was really kind and honestly did a better job than the $50 I paid for a trim at the salon. I would definitely recommend her and this great clips!

If you need a nice and affordable haircut, Great Clips is the way to go! In fact I’m due in for another cut soon! Great clips has great customer service and great hair products as well! I highly recommend their hair paste if you’d like a good smelling, natural feeling, hair product! One little container has lasted me a very long time! I love it!

This place had no wait. Mt sons hair was cut quickly with a woman who was incredibly personable. The location was clean. I noticed that I was charged for an adult cut, so look out for that. Otherwise a great experience.
