The manager with the long brown hair ruined my hair. It took years to grow it out and she cut big gaps out of the back and sides and cut the length in the back very short and it's longer on one side. She is very incompetent to say the least! I'm going to try to make certain her boss sees this cut! It's so awful it looks like a kid played in it, it doesn't blend and looks butchered. She should be fired!!!

Do not go here for a cut unless you want to get absolutely messed up. I asked for a recut on my curtain bangs, I got straight, blunt ones. I am disappointed and appalled at my own appearance.

Was just here and literally had to walk out due to how rude the lady was. 2:15pm 08/23/2024. I have 3 different numbers, one for work, one for personal, and another for my personal business. I have the wrong number and she turned her head to the side rudely because I did t know which number I used. I was coming here every 2 weeks and will not be returning back. Check the cameras and ask yourself if this is the type of person you want representing your store.

Great Clips can be hit or miss and I was a bit hesitant about giving this a go. I really wanted to save money though and knock some length off my ends so I ended up here on a Tuesday at 3. There were two stylists and I had checked in online; no one was waiting. Heather took me back and asked what I wanted and was positive in response. She did not confirm what I meant by a "couple" inches off but I did tell her I'm not super picky and the length ended up being perfect. The hair cut with layers and face framing was just like one I would have received at a pricier salon, just no shampoo (obviously). Heather was the best conversationalist I've ever had in a stylist yet wasn't overly talkative. Great experience, glad I got Heather! I think she was a manager.

I told the stylist that I quite liked my hair the way it was, and wanted very little taken off, the LIGHTEST of trims, so little that it would ne back to the same length in "about two or three weeks." She took so much off, it will take about three MONTHS to get it back to what it was. The ridiculous part was that she combed my hair down my forehead and asked me to show her how long I wanted it in front -- so I put my finger right at the bridge of my nose. She then proceeded to cut it right where I pointed. Sounds good, right? Except that she then proceeded to comb my hair back and go at it sort of out of view, and ten minutes later when she was done, I was shocked to see that my hair in front had been cut halfway up my forehead! It was so short I couldn't even comb it! Basically, he asked how long I wanted it, she cut it that length...and THEN proceeded to give me a second haircut! I have no idea why she even bothered to ask me how I wanted it cut, since she just went ahead and cut off most of my hair. At the end of this butchery, she asked her apparent supervisor to come over and check her work. As if she was a trainee. I sure would have liked to have known THAT before I sat down in the chair.

I used to love this salon but the last three times I have been stuck with the same young lady who could care less about cutting your hair let alone to even try to do it right. Went this morning which will be my last for sure literally got cut and out within ten minutes and the girl couldn't seem more disgusted or disinterested if she tried. I would just save my money and go spend a little more somewhere else this salon employs people who could care less about the jobs they're doing. Even if it grows back doesn't mean to do a poor job people get their hair cut for a reason. No one wanted to run around feeling self-conscious of a poor look. Just saying!

The turnover in employees is often. Oversight by management is minimal. The hair cutters do not pay attention to detail. They care more about getting you done, fast and getting on to the next customer. Their online check in is a joke, it only works when the store is open.
