Aaron was great! I can’t speak to the other stylists but he provided a fantastic haircut for my partner and put a lot of effort into it. My partner said “that’s the best great clips haircut I’ve ever had” and I’d have to agree :)

Speaking as honestly and fairly as possible, I received one of the worst haircuts I've received at this Great Clips. Not even worth a second visit.

Stopped in on Veterans Day. Didn’t receive the veterans discount like advertised. Later I learned that the hair cutters don’t advertise the deal, nor honor it, because they are afraid it will effect their tips.

Last week I visited this location and had an experience that did not meet my expectations for several reasons. After debating about it for a couple of days, I contacted customer service and explained the situation. Within hours, they reached out and connected me with the site's general manager who asked if I would consider coming back in to make things right. A few days later I went back and met with Brianna, one of the stylists. As I told her about my previous experience, she listened patiently, was empathetic about the situation, and offered to help. She did a WONDERFUL job, both with making sure the cut met expectations and making sure I felt confident with how I looked when I left! Not only was the cut exactly what I was looking for, the experience... from contacting the main customer service line, the GM reaching out, and Brianna meeting with me, made the second chance well worth it. I would recommend this location again, simply for the high level of customer service. Thank you again!

I've always received great haircuts at this location. I think I've only checked in online once, but there's really no need to. Even if you're two or three people back, they seem to cut hair quickly, and always have the place adequately staffed.

I booked a reservation on line, I got there and they told me my name didnt pop up, they told me to sign in and to take a seat. Three people walked in and then I was pushed to the end of the line, when I asked one of the ladies told me that I had to wait 30 mnts. Never was an effort made to accomodate my hair cut since I did show that I had sign in on line. Very bad custommer service, never going back. Maybe because I went in at 6:10 and they close at 7:00 p.m thats why there wasnt any effort made.

Worst experience I had with the great-clips. I went in for haircut and I said scissor cut. But she had no patience and done with trimmer and literally my haircut was done in 3min. I will never go back to great-clips again.

My haircut was horrible. I showed a picture of my previous haircut and she said she can't do that because that's professional haircut. And indeed I got a very unprofessional haircut

Took my neighbor to get his haircut this morning as soon as they opened and I had to run into kroger really quick to get one thing and as soon as I came out and went back to get him he was sitting in the chair done. Literally 2 minutes. His hair didn't even look cut. The two girls already had two other customers in their chairs cutting their hair. So we had to wait until they were completely done with them to pay. He was upset but didn't want to say anything. I mean his hair still looked messy even. It was such a terrible job but he wouldn't let me say anything 😔. I advise people not to go here as they don't seem to care about the job they do. We will go to super cuts in Dillonvale from now on and it's a dollar cheaper anyway.

I will never go back to that place, they rushed you, they did my son and my haircut. I do better job with the $15 hair trimmer bought at Walmart. For zero hair they left lots of hair here and there. At the end they almost demand tips. Even my daughter who was holding my son said tips shouldn’t be asked this way. Don’t go there.

Went there after walking out of evendale great clip's because of a smart mouth and got the cut i wanted from a sweet kind caring woman named Yolanda, she was gentle and cut my hair the way i like it, two thumb's way up, i would just hope she is still there when i need another cut but it's the luck of the draw, will continue to go to this shop, a good cutter is hard to come by and when you get a good one you don't want too lose them, keep up the great clip's. Peace.
