I've been to a few Great Clips locations since moving to Ohio 8 years ago. This is my 4th visit Harpers Station and each time a different stylist and the previous were excellent, but today Stephaini was superior. I left knowing that I got a Great Clip. Thanks Stephani.

Haircuts are terrible here, very uneven and choppy, I switched places since last time because of how many bad haircuts in a row I’ve had lately.

This is my favorite GC. Not this time. Bad haircut. Salon staff talked to each other and worried about inspection instead of tending to me. Also FB coupons do not work. Hopefully better experience next time.

I like Greatclips. I just wish there was a lower cost option for getting a buzz. I don't have enough hair to get a haircut but like having a buzz. It only takes 5 minutes and I have to pay for a "haircut".

Lacey was great! I hadn't had a haircut at a salon in a long time so I was a bit nervous, but Lacey was great. She didn't rush through! I can't speak for the other stylist at the business, but I will go back to see Lacey.

Waited 30 minutes while the stylist talked to people who had come in to sell something instead of cutting my son's hair. He has autism and has a difficult time waiting so this led to a huge meltdown. We were told it would just be a couple minutes when we first came in.

Great customer service! And I didn't have to wait to long for them to cut my hair. Better than Sport Clips that's for sure.
