I went for a very simple bang trim yesterday. I’ve had bangs for a long time, I know what I like and how they shape my face the best. I told the woman I wanted my bangs to sit right on top of my eyebrows. She did point out my longer sides and I told her I like the curve down look and the side strands longer. She wets my bangs, which I usually don’t have, and she just starts cutting at an angle that didn’t seem right to me. I’m not a stylist so I didn’t question it, I wish I would have… my bangs are so far up from my eyebrows, too blunt, and UNEVEN. I look like a little boy with a bad bowl cut. I know great clips isn’t supposed to be a high end hair salon, but for a simple bang trim so they were out of my eyes shouldn’t be that hard. I will not return.

I was excited to get a haircut today because it was the first time after losing my hair to chemo that I had enough hair to cut! The stylist at Great Clips was so sweet and gave me a great cut. When I went to pay, she said "no charge"! Amazing!

I've been going to this location for 15+ years. Friendly, love using the app to check in ahead of time and get my name on the wait list if there is one and then leave when my time gets closer.

I always go online to check their reviews. I'm really not a big fan of great clips. I've received bad haircuts in the past. Money is tight right now. I received a great coupon in the mail for great clips. Based on the reviews I'm going to give it a try. I really hope they exceed my expectations.

Love this location, everyone is friendly and it's clean! Plus ur usually in and out, I recommend going on line to sign in so u don't have to wait long.

The stylists at Western Hills Great Clips have been together for a long time. Every time you go there, it is like seeing old friends. The haircuts are always done just as you requested!

Ask lady to cut hair with layers! 4 inches later I looked Luke a head with chunks of hair missing! I've always allowed the hair dresser to give ideals for fact, hair grows back fast, and is willing to make a change.... should of known when she had no suggestions..... I'll go back to the younger ladies not afraid to open up!!!!

I had Angelina and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so kind! She listened to what I was wanting and talked me through the whole thing as I was so nervous from previous experiences! She cut about 9 inches off (I wanted her to) and gave me one cute style! I HIGHLY recommend her!
