I had a lady who’s name was Heidi hope spelling is correct on her name style my hair I showed a pic to her and told her I really liked my hair in that pic she got a good vision of what I liked ….at that point her artistic talents kicked in she gave me a great haircut very personable I had a great vibe with her……lord knows she wasn’t giving Brad Pitt a haircut but for a guy there’s not a lot you can do to enhance your appearance so a great haircut is really important…I will go back again and hopefully Heidi will be there

I timed getting there and Steph (my preferred person) was ready. She does a great job after telling her what I wanted at my 1st appt with her. I have some cowlicks and she has fixed those. I get a Sr haircut.

Terrible cut for my son. The girl did not know what she was doing. We had to go to another hair salon to try to salvage his hair before our family pictures the next day. Will not be going back.

Wanted the back taken up to the neckline, trim dead ends, but leave sides and top long so I can push my hair behind my ears. Before I knew what was happening the sides got cut super short and my ears got cut out half an inch above my actual ears. I'm really upset and don't plan on coming back. Staff are so nice but they never listen to what I say and I always look butchered.

Just got an email from Great Clips asking me to leave a review for a recent haircut in Cincinnati. I do have their app and my most recent haircut was in March in the Toronto area. I have never been to Great Clips outside of the Toronto area. Not sure if my account on the app has been hacked?

I was so pleased with how my hair turned out. With curly hair, I have had trouble with it being cut to its best advantage. Best of all, everyone was so nice. I will be glad to recommend the Great Clips on Beechmont Avenue.

Shame they closed down the Supercuts on Five Mile where I had gone for the last 40+ years but luckily Great Clips is just as good, fast, well staffed, and affordable.

Still quick, professional, and the most convenient to my home - even at $18 a trim now, it's a "Inflation-Resistant" necessity for me!!! Great atmosphere: staff consists of well-trained employees that are always good listeners, pleasant, sociable, quick and skilled hairstylists. 4.8 of 5.0 stars!

Terrible experience. Asked for a trim and face framing. She left my bangs uneven & took out so much hair in the front I have lost about 1/3 thickness now which is the most upsetting part. Looks so bad, I regret going there. My hair used to be my favorite feature, now I will hide it for months until it grows back

The Staff from great clips beechmont are friendly but I got the worst haircut of my life, I asked to Amber for a mid length layers… next day I asked for a refund… so disappointed, I’ll never go back again!!!!!!

Worst haircut of my life, I'm considering shaving my head down to a buzz cut because I'm walking around looking like I'm a mental patient, that's how horrible this haircut is. When you hear people joking about how a bad haircut can ruin their life/career, the haircut I received is one of them, I do not want to be seen in public with this haircut, it's embarrassing. First year cosmo students have more skills than some of the people working here. I totally understand why women pay hundreds at the salon now because I'll now be joining them.
