Absolutely horrendous. The person told me it their first day. My haircut reflects that. I called and they told me that”someone has to start somewhere “. Uh, not on my head if they have no idea what they’re doing. The person never followed the printed instructions or my instructions. I called and the management could care less. No thanks.

I went and got my haircut went back twice to get it redone because they messed up and when I got home it was still screwed up. Do not go to this place

There was a misunderstanding of the clip notes and I ended up with a shorter than expected haircut. But my stylist did a good job of fixing it.

Kim cut my hair the other day and was great! She was friendly and very good at explaining the what and the why about the way she was cutting my hair.

This is my go to hair salon for the last decade and I had very good experience so far. Unfortunately my last visit was very poor. My hair stylist did not know how to blend the hair in between two trimmer settings. She asked for help from another person and some how made the other stylist do her work.

I came back to this Great Clips because of the last experience I had with Brandi. She's awesome. Gave me exactly what I wanted and was so nice and personable. I know she wasn't there today, but I had to see someone as I'm going out of town in a couple of days, so I thought since I had such a great experience last time, I'd go again. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of my "stylist" because she didn't offer it. I use the term "stylist" loosely because after she was finished cutting, she's like "You're done!" No offer to dry my hair, after dousing it with water. I asked if she could at least blow dry it, I mean, if you're paying $20 + tip, I'd at least like my hair to be dried. Last time, Brandi didn't even ask if I wanted it dried, she knew not to let me walk out with wet hair. She also even helped me style it, told me how to style it, and gave me great product recommendations. That's why I went back, I thought I was going to have a similar experience. I wasn't in that chair 8 minutes. I asked if she had any styling tips or product recommendations, she didn't even answer me. Was not friendly or personable during the cut either. She was going to let me leave with my bangs and hair looking like crap, like I just rolled out of bed. Finally was pretty friendly and talked more at the end as we were walking to the register (probably because she wanted a good tip). Not sure if I will be back, but if I have to go, I'll call ahead and see if Brandi is working. That lady could learn a lot about customer service from her.

Brandi did a wonderful job. She was quick and gave me exactly what I wanted without me being able to explain it well. She was kind and created a comfortable environment.

I LOVE my Cherry Grove Great Clips! These ladies are high-end stylists and cut my hair exactly the way I want it each time. Several ladies there have done my hair and they are ALL top notch! They give terrific guys cuts , too. Every one I have referred to them has been very pleased. I'm happy to keep talking up this salon! With the exception of that silly goose that shows up in the spring and tries to chase me away from the door! LOL

Closes at 6 apparently means closes at 5:22 even with an online check in. Disappointing service. Go to the one 1.9 miles up the road instead.

I had a very positive experience with the Great Clips Cherry Grove. My stylist was very good both personally and professionally. The wait time was minimal. I definitely recommend this location

This Great Clips is the best location I’ve been to in the US so far. Friendly people and they take their time with making sure you get what you want. Would highly recommend!

I’ve gotten my last 3 haircuts here, and all three women did a fantastic job. Seriously, they could be working at a fancy salon instead of Great Clips, but I’m really glad to be able to get such good cuts at an affordable price. Thank you to everyone here <3
