Angela at the springdale plaza is the only one that I will let cute my hair she is the best and I consider her to be a great person and a friend she does the best I don't even have to tell her what I want done she already knows she has an awesome personality very friendly to her customers iv been going to Angela for some years and I'll keep going to her and only her .Angela should be your employee of the year Thank you Nancy Rodriguez

Changing my 5 star to a 1 star. However I should also thank you guys for finally pushing me to get a singular, small business hair stylist. My most recent visit was with a woman who told me she didn’t like a certain show because “they’re too many gay couples. I’m fine with gays but it’s too much. Over 60 percent of the characters are gay and I don’t like it.”. The fact she had to whisper it to me, tells me she knew she shouldn’t be saying it. So as a queer woman, I won’t be returning and already found my new stylist. Thanks for making me uncomfortable guys!

If they close at a certain time, make sure you make appointmenta online bc they will turn away walk-ins an hour before they close. They want to go home right when they close. Poor business practice.

Store turned off online check-in before 6:15pm. When I arrived at 6:26 (they close at 7) they were turning away somebody in front of me, stating that they couldn't take anymore customers after 6:30. They asked if I had checked in online and when I said no because it wasn't available, they said it shuts down at 6:30, meaning it should have been fine. But they used something internally to turn it off early due to "high customer volume" even though there were only 2 customers in the store. Complete waste of my time, energy, and gas to drive there. I won't be coming back.

Stylist was very unprofessional, and pretty much admitted she had no idea what she was doing. She told my husband “Yeah I’m not very good at blending” after she had already started his hair. Another lady came over to salvage what she messed up, but the haircut still looks ridiculous. If you don’t know how to do the job, you really shouldn’t be touching anyone’s hair.
