I have been seeing Betty she is amazing. Betty takes her time with me asks me questions wants to know what I want and offers her expertise no rushing. Some stylist cut the line that is there no matter how uneven it is. Betty is great. Thanks for a great hair cut Betty! See you around Christmas.

I bring my 7 year old son here regularly. I have had no complaints. We've never waited longer than 10 mins if that. Melissa is our stylist @ this location. She's awesome! My son went from hiding under the chairs kicking & screaming to get his hair, now begging me to go back before he's even due for another cut! The only this I would change are the prices. I'm on a fixed income and by the time I pay for a kids cut it's hard for me to tip! Everyone should leave a tip especially for quality work & dedication

Only given 1 star so I could comment. My Daughter came in about 2 weeks ago to get her ends thinned out because she decided to cut her own hair a year ago and I made her wear it the way it was as punishment. I allowed her to finally go to get it fixed when it had grown out well past her shoulders and this was how she ended up looking. Whoever did this completely butchered her hair! It is so uneven and so short! We will NOT be back and whoever did this needs to be fired!

Me and my kiddos have been coming to this location for several years now because of the awesome services we always receive weather it’s my teenage son wanting the latest trend hair cut or my 10 year old daughter only wanting her hair trimmed or myself needing oh so very much needed hair styling advise and feedback on my journey of trying to find the right kind of bob style to fit my ever so difficult face shape and hair lines!

I take my son here every 2 weeks for a haircut. I find valuable coupons on Great Clips Facebook page. Prices have went up with coupons prices can be reasonable. It's typically the same stylist. Which I think is great considering you know what to expect. The Great Clips app is very convenient while I was entering the parking lot it allowed me to check in which cut out a significant amount of waiting time. I've had no complaints at this location. I wanted to add it's always sanitary including restrooms. This is located in the Stone Creek shopping area.

Been here a few times. I just get a simple high and tight, Finger length with scissors on top. Simple. Last time there was a lady who was very old. Her hands aren't steady anymore, jumping all over. When I got home I had to redo my whole top, she didn't even touch 60% of the top of my head. If I see her again, unfortunately I will have to embarrass her and say I'll wait for another person to be available.

Got a hair cut for 20 bucks the back of my hair was messed up it was ridiculously bad and the front of my hair you couldn’t tell if a 5 year old did it or not will not be back had to pay to get it redone

Great friendly staff. Always takes care of you. And they know you by name when you walk in. My stylist has been cutting my hair for at least 10 years and I wouldn't trade her for the world.

Sign in with before you leave, and most of the time, you walk in, tell them who you ate and no or very short wait. Get my trim and out the door fast.

I came in for a shampoo, trim and special occasion style. I have short hair. The shampoo was wonderful. Haircut looked good, but she put so much product in my hair and she did not have a curling iron so it looked awful. It even felt like she burnt a few places of my hair. And in the end she charged me $61 for what looked like less than I would do at home for free. I was so shocked at the finished product. I couldn’t even complain about it, especially after hearing the dollar amount I had to pay for that mess. In the end I had to go home and redo it all myself for my 50th wedding anniversary. I will never do this again.

Most of the stylists are great, but they have one that I fear getting. She repeatedly forgets things I tell her (like how I comb my hair), runs clippers up to high (like an inch from the top of my head, and somehow manages to stab me with the clippers when trimming neck and sideburns.

on time and a great cut. I only use Alicia s she knows what she is doing. I had a bad experience with a different person there as Alicia was off that day.
