I’ve been going here since a kid, but today they did my one year olds first hair cut. And the woman was so incredibly sweet and patient with my baby! She made it a great experience for all of us! And she did a amazing job!

My wife has been in tears for hours do to absolutely horrible service. My wife went in this afternoon for a very common hair cut and style. The employee assured her it would be no problem and that they were capable of do this hair cut and style. For those of you whom are wondering, it was a "Bob" hair cut. While my wife was very worried about how much they where cutting off and voiced her concern. They continued to tell her they were removing damaged hair and it was ok. They continued to cut all her hair off to what now resembles a long bowl but that's not remotely close what she asked for. After she very much expressed her unhappiness with the service that was provided. They simply demanded she pay for the service and offered zero efforts in fixing the horrible service they know they obviously provided. I warn anyone looking to get their hair cut a specific way. Do NOT use this hair salon. If you want them to cut your hair however they see fit

I always get my haircut there. I came in as usual and asked for my ends to be trimmed. After just cutting the length I was asked if I needed anything else. I said that I needed my layers cut also. She only did the back and not even the sides. My whole head of hair needed trimmed. I haven’t ever had someone just do that and I always say the same thing.

The stylist Kelly was great but I did not like when checking out with a credit card it listed tip amounts. I would like to fill in my own amounts. This was new.

Very nice girl working. Very nice talking with her. Gained some knowledge on some cool topics. And the cut was super professional as well. That was the first time I went.... UPDATE: second time I had to leave. Waiting time was too long. And a couple days later same girl did a great job.

My son and I went there this morning. My haircut turned out fine, but my son got the worst haircut I have ever seen. The stylist did not follow the directions I gave and did a terrible job on his hair. I usually go to the Great Clips in Taylor Creek which is 10 minutes away and they do a good job, but went to White Oak today since it is 2 minutes from my house and regret that decision. I would steer clear of this business.

Wait time is very minimal. Shannon is the best, but honestly, I have never had an issue or problem with the other hair dressers. They ask me how I want it cut and every time it’s great cut.
