Being new in the area and a walk in Veronica was amazing! friendly and professional Checking me in right away and getting started on my hair cut! With a great conversation and fabulous hair cut I was in and out very prompt! Definitely found my stylist and place to go !

My 14 yr old niece came in for a trim and some layering done ,I don't know your standards but whom ever it was that cut her hair should be ashamed of themself , it is so damn bad , I wanted to come in and show you guys but she is embarrassed and crying ,, you know who you are stop cutting hair you suck...

I've gone to Great clips around the country for years and this is the first place I've had a terrible experience. I checked in online and showed them my phone proving I had, but was told that they didn't see it on their computer and that it was "not our problem ". When I asked for the name of the manager, I was told leave the store. The rudeness and the total lack of customer service was very disappointing.

Great haircut! For me the big problem is when I check in on line, there is no ability to specify a specific hairstylist until I am at the shop. That means that online the wait time may show 45 minutes, but when I arrive and check in for a particular stylist it may be 2 hrs (example - if several customers are waiting for the same stylist-determined when they/we arrive). I would rather know a more realistic time when I check in on line, so I am not wasting hours of my time. Yes, wait times aren't exact - I get that. This haircut, I checked in on line, showed 60 minutes. I checked in and specified a particular stylist and they said 90 minutes. Okay, so I went to the grocery store (next door) and was back in the shop within 45 minutes, and was then told it would be 2 more hours...I couldn't wait that long. What a waste of time, and if I had gone elsewhere and returned it would have been a waste of fuel, etc. Instead, I returned the following day at opening and only had to wait behind 1 person who was there before me waiting for the shop to open. So, Great Stylist, bad scheduling program.

I am in love with my hair again. I went in, nervous as heck about a change in how I normally do my hair. I showed my stylist reference photos, expressed my goals of trying bangs, and she absolutely understood the assignment! She was professional, encouraging, and was so fun to talk to. I cannot say how much I love my hair and how happy she made me.

Tried my absolute best to give this place the benefit of the doubt. 3 times in a row with 2 different stylists, they have absolutely butchered my hair. Each of the last 2 times I even expressed that the previous hair cut was completely messed up. The first time was with the same stylist, who proceeded to do the exact same thing. The last stylist did an even worse job and was clearly new to the profession. Frankly, I attribute it to it being difficult to find qualified stylists at this price point for great clips. I will say, the first lady who cut my hair at this establishment was a middle aged lady with dark hair, did a good job.
