A friend of mine recommended this shop to me as I'm new to town. When I arrived at around 9:20 A.M., there wasn't anyone in the waiting area. I sat down and waited for an elderly employee finish ringing up a customer. While waiting I observed the sign indicating the charges for the various services that are provided. When the employee finished with her customer she asked if I had signed in online. I said no and she said I'd have to wait twenty minutes for other potential customers to arrive that had played the app reservation game but were not present. I pointed out to her that there wasn't anybody else in the lobby. So I left and they tried to defend themselves as I walked out. I stopped playing stupid games a long time ago. Their operating philosophy says they'd rather discard a potential new and long term customer, throw away guaranteed $25.00 in hand for a customer that is not present and is not a sure thing. Other negative reviews have a response from the company that they are sorry to have negative reviews and ask that the writer respond in an email or phone call to a customer service phone number. I have a suggestion, fix the stated issues. I'll take my hard earned money and give it to a company that doesn't have stupid or offensive policies and takes care of everyone that walks in the door, app or no app.

Kim did not know how to cut hair at all. I gave her a sample photo style and she did not follow it. She did not even do blow drying to make sure the picture that I show her same thing or close to it. Horrible haircut! I gave her tip just to be nice but I will never come back to this place. I give reviews all the time, it's sad that I have to give bad review so people know if worthy to come this place. I paid them to destroy my hair. This is worse haircut I ever had. I had one last month but this so much worse.

I've had three complimentary haircuts due to cancer. The cancer kindness program is a great thing, but after three visits they said it's only for one time only. I called and they said it's continuous not just first time, but then I wasted my time driving there they finally told one time only! It's a great program but they didn't say one time only until the fourth head shave. And when I called to confirm they said ok, u til I arrived then said nope!

Me and my son came in to get his haircut before picture day. He's in fourth grade and has been growing his hair out all summer to look like his older cousin. Me and my son talked about what he wanted before we came in since he gets a bit nervous and fazzled when talking to adults, so i could assist in explaining what he wanted. I gave detailed instructions on what my son wanted to the stylist an older woman. The Stylist didn't listen and started buzzing my sons hair off even when i repeated. He didn't want to remove all the hair on The bottom half of his head. She had asked before starting if he wanted it cleaned up around his ears I said yes. she proceeded to buzz his hair all the way around his head.when I stated as she was doing so that that was not what I asked for and why would trimming around his ears mean to buzz off all his hair. She proceeded to try and "fix it". he literally looked like someone put a bowl on his head and buzzed off everything below his ears. Even after I requested that, she at least have it fade into the longest length on top, But you know, let's not listen to people, especially when you know they aren't happy with what you just did. I was so upset. I've been actively trying to give my son more freedom to choose how he looks like and what he wears. as well as teaching him to speak up about his opinion when it has to do with his personal self. So to see her repeatedly ignore when he spoke and completely disregard what he was saying. Even after I told her to listen to what he's saying. he's 9 not 2 he can and should be allowed to speak up about his appearance. when someone is actively changing what he looks like he should be heard. I get it's hard for older people to wrap their heads around the idea that a child is still a person and should be taught to have and want body autonomy. And of course teach your little human proper etiquette in how to communicate and treat other people. So you know teaching them not to interup and act like their thought and opinions are the only ones that matter. But come on why can't we treat our young humans like just that young HUMANS. The whole be seen not heard bullshit or telling kids they have to look how you want them to or wear what you say. Why can't we teach our young humans it's OK and you SHOULD have a strong sense of self. They should have the right to look how they want to and have their opinion about themselves matter just as much if not more than someone else's opinion even if that person is their parent. Just because I'm the one giving you money for a service doesn't mean the person who's having the service done to them has no choice in the matter.

Went in to get a trim and was welcomed with open arms. Everyone was extremely friendly , professional and so sweet. Haven’t had a haircut in a long time and they hooked me up! Will come back here again and recommend this place to everyone!! Great service and atmosphere!!!

That did a great job on my son’s haircut. They listened well and had no issues following the picture that was presented. The wait was almost zero during a Sunday afternoon. I suggest this for anyone that needs to get this kid a haircut on the cheap.

I wish I remembered her name but there's a stylist with beautiful rainbow hair and adorable glasses. She is so friendly and listens amazingly. I'm non binary and hair is a big part of my gender dysphoria. She was so nice and understanding. She listened to the notes I had put in last time and asked if they needed updates. I left with the perfect buzz cut while feeling beautiful. The lack of judgement was so refreshing. They did wonders with my haircut. $23 for a simple haircut. I mean $23.00 even (I tipped a couple dollars of course, because I'm in LOVE with my bangs.) ☺️💖 thank you so much again! I will definitely be back when Im ready for a new style 🫶🏻

Just made an appointment for my husband this morning right at opening @9am. He was first in line got bumped to 5th. Husband shows up to the appointment and they can't find him. I have screenshots from checking in on line, but still couldn't find him. Told him he had to make another appointment and wait over 84mins. Ridiculous when he was the first check in. Horrible service they should of made it right. Never going back
