After waiting on the waitlist for 39 minutes, I went there only to wait another 20 minutes. Why does it take two people to assist one customer? If that customer is important, then so are we, and our time should be valued as well.

I wish I could remember the girl that cut my hair she was amazing. The conversation was great and she really did. A great job I’ll be back she was really nice and I enjoyed the conversation I’m sorry I can’t remember what her name was

Customer service…what is that??? I have been a Great Clip customer for years. There was a lady who worked here who had cut my hair for years, did a fantastic job, love her. I followed her across different locations. I have been away for a year and was curious if she still worked at this location. Seems they cannot even answer the phone when they show they are not busy in the app. Simply use a recording stating they do not take appointments or add people to waitlist over the phone. I am not driving across town because you are too lazy to answer a phone and you would rather sit and gossip. Other GC locations are not too lazy to answer the phone. I will say you have to find the right person to cut your hair, not all of the stylists understand styles besides simple, straight hair. I guess you do not need my business.

This was absolutely atrocious, they gave my brother a whole different haircut than the one he asked for. My brother asked for a low taper fade and the barber ended up giving him a skin fade from the sides and back. He was very upset because he was growing out his hair and now has to get a buzz because of how bad the cut was. I got a buzzcut and they terribly lined it up, it is so uneven. This is not acceptable, the barbers need to actually learn how to cut hair and give the clients what they ask for and not cut their hair however they want. DO NOT IGNORE THIS, TRUST ME.

I was in about 4 days ago with my son (14). The girl (I think maybe Asian) did a good job on my son’s hair, but definitely $30 ($25 cut) is kinda crazy for a place like Great Clips. If it was something complex, yeah I could see that but it wasn’t. Moving on.. What was really odd was the fact all the girls were talking (loudly because you kind of have to..?) about one employee’s dental issues and how she has a toothache, recommending places to go, how she didn’t have insurance and after this dental visit, she will be broke, etc not sorry, but you don’t discuss that stuff in front of customers. Not professional at all. I know me saying we won’t be returning there probably doesn’t mean anything, but we definitely won’t.

I love great clips. They always know exactly what I want (although that hasn't changed in years) and are so friendly and engaging. I'll keep coming here as long as I need my haircut.

I went in today with my 2 boys to get haircuts. The taller lady with burgundy hair color did well on my first son. Another girl who I've never seen before and I am terrible with names did a HORRIBLE job on my son's haircut. I didn't realize how bad it was until we came home and I really got to looking at his hair, and it's awful!
