It was very busy in here there were only 3 stylist and they were all kind of trying to juggle the phone, the walk-ins, and check-ins. I had done an online check in that told me I’d be getting my cut around the time I arrived, after I checked in with a lengthy address request and was suggested to sit in the lobby I was the third down on the list and the lady said she’s sorry it would be about 20 minutes. I sat for a bit and decided I wouldn’t probably get the service I would be paying for here. I gave two stars for the kindness of the ladies and that I know it wasn’t their fault. Systems, staffing, scheduling.

Vanessa is the best! My son wasn't sure how he wanted his hair styled, they conversed back and forth and agreed on a cut. He loved it and he looks great 🙏

I used to like this location. The stylists were talented, sweet and knowledgeable. I could tell my stylist was probably new and I didn't say anything because I understand. She didn't understand how I wanted my bangs, so she went to get help. The assistant manager, Samantha?, had attitude. I used to do hair and even worked at Great Clips. I asked for the comb and sectioned it off. Still don't like my hair. Yes, I tried to use her shears to trim my bangs a lil more, but I literally got yelled at by Samantha. No, please don't do that. I accept my part, but there's a serious lack of training. Maybe the owners will care?

Kiersten accepted the challenge of working with my curl type for the first time. She was patient, kind and careful to not go overboard as I’ve had many “specialists” do and completely leave me disappointed and frustrated. Hopefully she’ll many more opportunities to work with curly girls! 🌸

Lisa is so wonderful. This is the second time I have had a haircut with her. A really like how she does my hair. She listens to what I like and then we make adjustments if the health of my hair needs a little something different.

This location, in particular, is really great. I am really picky about my hair, and as a man, it can be hard because I feel like people don't understand my needs and wants when I get my haircut. This great clips have never gotten it wrong. I don't know if the manager here is the owner, but she runs it like she is. Always a great customer experience at this great clips.
