Love this place. I went and Sassy took great care of me. I definitely recommend and it seemed that everyone who left was happy. Great place and cool people all around the board.

This is really a great salon, so much so that I choose to go here over other chains and local options because they always do a great job. I'll admit that my cut is very simple, but they're always friendly, quick, do an awesome job, and it isn't overly expensive. Would highly recommend!

I said 6 on top 3 on sides she repeated what I said and gave me a 2 instead Whoever cut my hair should be fired I'm 11 AND this was the most HORRIBLE experience I've had I have school in two days this place should buy better clippers or atleast research clippers this place should be taken down.

They cut my hair shorter than what I asked, seemed like they were cutting to their liking. Then they didn’t clean and brush the cut hair throughly, there was still a bunch of hair left on top and on my clothes and neck.

All of the staff was very courteous and accommodating. They were very busy but had no wait time. My stylist was friendly and very professional. I was very satisfied with my haircut.

I would go here all the time if I could figure out how to know when Celestine is working. She’s wonderful but no one who works there ever seems to know what days she works! Also this location is extremely busy and wait times are long. Sigh

I’ve been going to the Rosewood Great Clips on and off ever since I was a kid - And normally I get good results. This time I asked for a mid fade, and the barber must have been in training still or something because she went ahead and sheared all the way up rather than going down incrementally. The other girls who I have seen before and gotten good haircuts from had to jump in and stop her before she messed me up worse, having to explain to her how to do a mid fade, which I would assume should be a staple of the profession. Overall sloppy work - but I don’t think representative of the entire shop at all. Unfortunately I will be from here on out hesitant to return. Edit: I never saw the back until I got home as the woman never held up a mirror or did my neck and she completely screwed up the back of my head. I think her name was Zenya or something? If I could retract another star I would. NOT coming back.

I usually have a fine experience getting my hair cut here. Today I had a cut from a new team member who did not seem to be experienced in cutting hair. It looked like she free handed the whole cut without checking that it was even- normally stylists do a final check by lifting and comparing different sections of hair. I do not have a tender head, but I have never been attacked by a stylist’s comb like I was here. She aggressively combed into my ears and caught the comb on a face piercing I have. I’ve had this piercing for 10 years and have NEVER had a stylist catch a comb on it. It seems like other reviewers are having a similar experience with one stylist - I hope leadership will consider requiring additional training for her.

I went here a week ago for a very simple hair cut. I have hair on the shorter side, I requested a finger length trim on the top and a buzz around the sides faded up. I do not think the stylist who worked on my hair had ever cut hair before. Her tools were all very dull, they also cut up the skin on my neck leaving a very visible rash. She also took a buzzer to the top of my heads forgetting to trim to finger length. She then proceeded to butcher the rest of my hair with the buzzer, nothing was even, there was no fade, I had a bald spot on the back of my head where she gouged me. I will never go to Great Clips again, I had to go to a barber afterwards to have everything cleaned up so that I could look presentable.

Pissed. Signed in online, arrived and was 1st on list but still had 2 others get called back before me. Paired with new girl and had to pay full price for someone trying to learn and they had to guide her on what I wanted and she still messed it up. To busy trying to fit in with the group rather than focus on what the customer needed. She never even looked in mirror to see how it turned out. Recommend store and veteran hairdressers but do not recommend paying full price for getting stuck with someone training.
