I bring my son here for haircuts, and I've never had a bad experience. My son really loves the gentleman that works in the first booth to the left. Everyone who we have had has been super friendly and amazing as well. Can't beat the price for the level of service to receive. Thanks Great Clips!

Dana and other members of her staff have been cutting my hair for over a decade (Since my regular barber passed away) and they always do a fantastic job!! Kudos to the staff for their hard work, great attitudes, and friendly dispositions.

I feel like everyone knows what they're in for when they go to great clips for a hair cut. Definitely didn't expect anything fab but I didn't expect this either. You have no business behind a chair if you can't even handle a pair of clippers. To be clear, my son went in and said he wanted his hair shorter. Didn't ask for anything specific but sooooo simple to grab clippers and make it even all around. Do better!

Go at your own risk. I’m honestly shocked that they let my husband walk out like this. I guess he should have checked the back before leaving but he has gone there several times and never had a problem so he just assumed they would do a good job this time. He considered going back to have them fix it but doesn’t want them touching his hair again. Do not recommend.

I’m tired of getting a different stylist everytime I walk into the door. The older lady whose chair is closest to the front desk does the best job out of all the other stylists. The rest of the stylists need to go back to training.

Quick haircut, in and out, easy check-in on app. They do need a receptionist though because sometimes people will come in and the stylist closest to the door will have to stop cutting your hair and tend to those that walked in. This interrupts the flow of your cut and when they're busy these frequent pauses add up. Next thing you know, you're walking out of there with uneven lines or a bad overall cut. If you're looking for basic cuts or styling, this will do. If it's something specific you want, this is not the place.

Leah butchered my hair last night. I literally have a bald spot. If she doesn't know how to use thinning shears she should tell the customer. I wanted to talk to a manager but they won't be there until 11 today. I am so pissed off. It looks like a weed Wacker was let go on my head.

I came here whenever I need a haircut. Just because my phone number changed, the two ladies working that day are rather upset. The one who cut my hair said it herself that it's annoying having to update people's cut and info. Make the whole experience very uncomfortable and my hair wasn't even cut right. Just letting it go and will not return.

I honestly used to love coming here. Been coming for years but a few ppl left and the ppl that's been coming in to replace them lately don't listen to you at all. This is twice in a row(just thought maybe it's that 1 person) with 2 different ppl and I'd tell them exactly how I want my hair and DURING the cut, they start telling me what would look better OR "I don't really think that looks right so I did it like this".. Its not like you can try to correct them either.. CAUSE WHATS DONE IS DONE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR HAIR They are very polite ppl but they don't follow your instructions at all. I said what I WANT for MY HAIR.. I know it grows back.. but that's not the point I'm done coming.. im gonna at least try a few other ones next and see if I like them. But right now, my attitude towards this particular Great Clips, is nope I'm not going back

I will never go to great clips ever again in any state. I go to two different locations in SC and it's the same garbage. The employees are rude, inconsiderate, and impatient. All I asked for was to go over my head one more quick run through with the clippers, so I don't have to go home and snip missed cuttings like I always have to do going here. After paying $17 now, I shouldn't have to go home and touch my hair up myself too. The most unfriendly, unprofessional atmosphere I have ever seen in my life. Next time I will be going to super cuts or a real barbershop. Only angry and lazy people work at great clips.

It was a disaster! The worst haircut I’ve ever had! She asked too many questions as if she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Very unprofessional. Will never come back. Such a bad experience.

The lady who cut my hair had zero personality and didn’t seem to even want to see me. I’ve never had a cut where my hair wasn’t washed first and it cost me $70 to have it fixed when I got home. Lesson learned.
