My first time there using the Great Clips special for a $9. 99 haircut. First time I needed to sign in online and then see what time to show up but that all worked out. Just had a basic men's haircut. All went well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will go again!

I most likely will not go to Great Clips anymore. I usually get a different person each time to cut my hair. They usually do ok. This last time the lady did have a puzzled look but I thought she understood. Now, I've gotten the worst haircut of my life ! Way too short. I don't like paying much for a haircut because it only takes about 15 minutes. I wanted a fresh haircut for Christmas. Now, I look like an even older senior citizen! Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. The trim was ok but I asked for a cut. Service was polite and she even seemed knowledgeable by a few things she pointed out to me about my prior service elsewhere. I just think you should receive what you ask for. Even after I had made a statement about not getting enough hair cut during my last appt and saying that I needed more taken off, I was just very quickly dismissed. I hope things get better for her, she must have been having a bad day and was preoccupied with other things. My fault for trying to get a quick and inexpensive haircut. Maybe I offended her for asking for more cut. Not sure but wont make the same mistake next time. I'll make an appt with someone recommended instead of trying to take the quick and cheap way out.

Every once in awhile things may not go perfectly, but more often than not at this place. You get a good haircut at a very good price.

Coming to the Harbison location for the last four or five times Amy cut my hair. She’s done an excellent job every time and is an absolute amazing wonderful lady really appreciate her. Definitely the reason I keep coming back.

Quick and efficient haircut. Convenient that they are open on Sundays. Prices have gone up however.

The lady didn’t listen to my girlfriend who explicitly explained what was happening for my hair and the lady said okay and messed it tf up. Had to sadly say “it looks fine” when it didn’t. Worst $23 I ever spent. Will not be returning unless I wanna look like an English boy kicked out of boarding school

Went in for a hair cut, absolutely no one greeted me. 3 stylist were sitting in their chairs and argued in front of me as to who would cut my hair. 1. That’s horrendous Customer Service. 2. From reading the past reviews this salon clearly needs new stylist or new management. Extremely disappointing. Also trying to explain what I wanted I was cut off numerous of times and did not receive this haircut I desired. This salon is a joke. Would not recommend to absolutely anyone.

Absolutely the worst haircut my grandson has ever got, plus she cut his ear and it was bleeding! The staff was rude and the so called manager gave me attitude and was yelling out the door "Call 1-800-greatclips, Honey!" Very unprofessional, the one on Lake Murray is so much better.

Very friendly staff. Wasn't a long wait, but we went midday while everyone was still at work or school. Dolly was excellent and offered advice due to the texture of my hair.

the stylist did my husband so wrong 😭 he asked for a high fade, but there's no fade. just bald. only good that came from this visit was a bunch of laughter. he would like me to mention that the top is also uneven. there are long and short spots.

I got my hair cut at a fancy/expensive barber shop and the lady butchered me a bit, I then went home and butchered it some more trying to fix it. I came in today asking for a buzz cut to just start fresh, luckily Brooke took a look and said she could save it, and she did! Hooked me up with a skin fade and has the top of my hair even and fixed! Very thankful for her, highly recommended!

I went in to get my split ends taken care of, and after 4 inches and 15 minutes of good conversation, I walked out feeling like a million bucks! I even brought the hubby back the next day to get cleaned up! This is a great location with awesome staff 💯

It's convenient and cheap but the haircuts are really hitt and miss. I asked for my hair to be cleaned up but nothing drastic and I walked out of there with a haircut so short the Army would be proud. Not what I asked for or wanted.
