Like everything, men's haircut prices are up and I'm one of those guys that would rather just cut their own hair except that sometime the task just isn't in my things I want to do, and that's when I come to Great Clips! Every time I go I'm greeted with a smile and a welcome. I may or may not have a short wait as I don't usually make an appointment. Once in the chair, I feel it's all about me😊. My stylist always asks what I like or is there anything in particular I might request. I'm pretty basic, but I'm also lucky to have an easy, full head with only two manageable cowlicks at the top rear of my head. Stylists always say they love cutting my hair, and I don't mind being flattered. After a light, but non distracting conversation, suddenly I realize we are done. A quick spin around and look in the mirror says we're good to go. Quick, professional, friendly, personal. - those words describe the folks at Great Clips; the every man's, and woman's, hair care professionals! I recommend this place whenever I get asked where to go for a good haircut.

12/26/2024 I did not even get an opportunity to go in and get a hair cut. I went and checked to be sure I was within the hours of operation upon arival which was around 12-1pm. Which was within the timeframe that was on the entrance. When I attempted to go in, there was someone definitely working at looked at me and signaled that they were closed even though it clearly appeared that they were actively working with someone. I get it if I would've had to wait to get it done, but that put me off enough no longer support Great Clips as a company.

The girl cut my hair uneven. I noticed it when I looked closer when I got home it was quite noticeable that my bangs were longer on one side than the other. Would not recommend or return here

A terrible terrible experience… I was a walk in and did not expect to be taken immediately, but what I did hope for was a heads up that many many people were checked in on line and that my wait would be more then an hour…When I asked how long it would be after waiting a while I was given two different answers from the two stylists working. One said your next, the other said it would be a while… I then asked why it was not mentioned to me that it would be a long wait as a walk in and the girl working there, who was the one who checked me in, gave me an attitude that was so so disrespectful… I left as I was so frustrated that the girl was unable to communicate and that she had a horrible attitude as well…Communication is a skill set that was definitely lacking. I would not go there ever……

Don't go here unless you want your hair to be messed up! I would've given this place a 1-star but I went back to get my haircut fixed and they did it. The first guy who cut my hair, looked like he was doing me a favor instead of providing a service for which he was getting paid. When I asked him to use a lower size for the sides he rolled his eyes as if it was a huge pain to readjust the clippers. I didn't get his name but he was the older guy, had a bald patch - either the guy is racist or he just doesn't care how he's cutting people's hair! The haircut itself lasted 3 minutes to be precise, and the cost is $20+ which includes a forced tip which is shoved in your face at payment options.

Since 3 years i have been a customer at this location, all the time there was good experience but today an old man name kevin, did my hair cut it is a bad experience for me. The way he treated me was so rude and hesitating on his own work. Please don’t take service from kevin(the old man). Other two ladies were so professionals the way there treating is so good and give’s suggestions was top level.

If you check-in online, there's mostly gonna be no waiting. The hair stylists are friendly and save your style for the next cut if you prefer a particular style.

The gentleman who cut my hair has some award for "fastest haircut" or some business. Should have been my first warning. He proceeded to cut my hair so Haphazardly that he ruined parts of my hair. I had to go to another salon the next day to get it fixed. I should have learned but went back a month later hoping it was a fluke but I was stuck with this gentleman yet again. Do not get a cut from him, he will mess up your whole situation.

I showed them my haircut from a picture. There I used gel in my hair. The barber cut the hair in the SAME way. Lol! Now I look weird when I don't use gel.

Went to this great clips once and the man who cut my hair did such a terrible job I stopped going and went to the one in grandview instead for that past 8 months. Went back this past week because I was running short on time and the woman who cut my hair did an awful job. Then said “it’s hair, it will grow back.” I made sure to get the receipt so I could get her name but I don’t want to post it on here. Horrible.
