I highly recommend Amy. It's been about 3 or 4 years since I've actually went somewhere and gotten my hair taken care of. I had a lot of damage from bleaching and dying my hair and my hair is dry and frizzy. She recommended budget friendly products to help get my hair on the right track and take care of it. During the haircut we discussed many options. I told her what I do with my hair on a day-to-day basis and we came up with a plan. I told her to do what she thinks best and that on our next visit we can revisit those options and see what we want to do. She listens, She takes care of you, and she's very polite. She's the manager of this location and I will definitely be recommending her and requesting her as my hair stylist from now on! Thank you Amy for taking care of me and my hair!

I have been coming to this location for the last four years. The management team is great and all the stylists are great. They deserve to be recognized. I will definitely and highly recommend this location.

My 3 boys received a haircut from Amy Grace and Kelsey. All three stylist did a great job giving the boys haircuts they wanted. Amy the manager was very good at making us feel comfortable and answering all our questions.

Great clips at Hills market is a place for great haircut.Ever sinse Amy tool over this place it got a lot better. my haircut never looked better. I hope she never change the location but even if she did I will follow her.

This Great Clips is great, they are very friendly and give a great a haircut for a great price, especially because of the people working there. Kacie is a great hairstylist, she gives me and my son our haircuts and she always delivers a great haircut. She has never messed up our hair and continues to give us haircuts better each time. If you are worried about getting your haircut messed up then just make sure to go with Kacie and she will give you a great haircut!

After a horrible haircut at another location, I was almost ready to shave my head. Thankfully, a real professional named Harper at the Hills Market Great Clips came to the rescue. He provided a fantastic resolution that saved my hair and gave me invaluable advice about why I shouldn't shave it all off. The amazing general manager, Amy, was also incredibly supportive, along with another staff member whose name I can’t recall. Thanks to their expertise and care, I am now happy with my haircut! While I’m grateful for the help I received here, I'm still frustrated with the previous location that led me to this situation.

Any Church @ Hills Market is the best on top of asking for a hairstyle she showed me how to make it look like I wanted. She went over & beyond what a hairstylist does. I have had my haircut at Worthington Barbers for many years. Their price has gone up and they don’t ever listen to how I want it. I tried the Great Clips at Hills Market & the manager Amy gave a great cut. While she was cutting my hair; she also was checking a couple of haircuts of girls that she had trained. They were doing a great job. And I told her on the job training is the best. I am a lawyer and a retired Judge & know how important it is. I told Amy I was a cheapskate and she said there are even coupons out The salon is clean, well run & a cohesive group provides great cuts. I will return.

Amy and her staff was amazing. I hadnt gotten my hair cut in a long time and I had no idea what I wanted done. Amy took the time listened to my needs and made great suggestions, very happy overall with my experience start to finish. The store was very clean and staff incredibly welcoming.

I started going to the Great Clips Hills Market several months ago, because I am handicapped, and it is easy to park & walk into. I was very pleasantly impressed by the manager Amy, an exceptional professional. She is not only talented at cutting, styling, & curling hair; she has a dynamic friendly, personality that draws people to Great Clips. Because it is difficult for me to walk with my cane; Amy is very helpful, patient & sweet. She is ONE OF A KIND! One time when I was there; Amy checked a haircut for a girl she had trained, Kelsey. Kelsey was doing a haircut & man getting his haircut complimented Kelsey. So Amy is not only an excellent stylist; she also trains and instructs new stylists to do haircuts. Amy also is fun & encouraging with her co-workers. They have a nice camaraderie & atmosphere. Amy has recommended several hair products that I have enjoyed using. After paying high prices for many years; I am so happy to find a skilled professional to do style & cut my hair. Now I go to Great Clips once a week to have Amy style my hair. Thank you Great Clips for hiring such a talented manager, Amy Church!

I've been getting my haircuts at this Great Clips for years without any problems at all. The waits are usually pretty short, especially when signing in online. Currently, there is one stylist there, Asst. Mgr. Kacie, who has been giving me the best haircuts of my adult life. I limit going to Great Clips to the days that she's working. Besides being really good at what she does, she's a very nice lady -- attentive and pleasant while being highly professional.

I am 91 years old and Amy is by far the best hair dresser I have ever had.Amy cuts my hair exactly the way I ask her to. She always has a smile on her face.I don’t get out much so getting my hair cut is a treat and I look forward to seeing Amy.keep up the good work Amy!

Update: I have been going to this location for 3 years now and I consistently walk out with a great haircut. Today I had the manager, Amy do my hair and she was excellent. She was very professional and personable. She made suggestions on product and ways to style my hair. This is the best Great Clips in my area. This location recently opened and I decided to give it a try. Ealy was my stylist and she was great. Friendly, helpful and my hair looked great when I walked out the door. I will definitely be going back.

Always a great experience at this Great Clips. I've been going to this location for years since I live in Worthington (10 minutes away). I've taken both of my kids to get cuts and stylings here as well, one 11 yo boy and one 9 yo girl. They are always so jazzed about the experience and results each time. Just went today and got a great cut from Kacie but I also brought my daughter and she got "space buns" styling from Rhonda and is now showing our whole neighborhood. Definitely the best Great Clips location I've been to and I plan on heading there next time. Fun experience!

This was by far the best great clips visit I've had in YEARS! I definitely recommend Rhonda! She did so great on my choppy layers I love it so so much! Not only that, she made me feel so comfortable! I normally don't talk much during my hair visits but conversation never ran short with her. We talked about my daughter and life in general. She's a great conversationalist which is what I needed yesterday!! She also referred me to some good eatery 💛💛 I will definitely be back to see her if I'm still in Ohio the next time I need a cut. She's been doing hair since 2009 and also worked at sports clips so I'm sure she's great with men and boys cuts as well! 💛💛💛💛 bless her and her home forever, Amen 🙏🏼 such a great woman and stylist 💋

The stylist I had, had zero customer service skills. She was rude, would not talk and was mad that I was trying to carry on a conversation! Also, I'm sorry, but she needs to invest in some deodorant! Her odor is offensive. She needs to consider a different career.

I wish there was a zero star option. Rude, rough, and painful, experience. I go there once a month or more… I DID….. This store has gotten worse and worse every visit over the last year or so. I regret being patient and accepting lousy service in todays ‘new normal’ Terrible haircut but my scalp and ears hurt SO bad I didn’t care to have it fixed. I’ll go to NorthPoint location tomorrow OR more than likely Sport Clips and spend the extra time and money. AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!
