I go to this Great Clips all the time and their are some great hair stylist in this shop. Today I got the worst haircut since going to great clips. I guess the girl who cut my hair should not talk while she cuts hair. From now on I will call ahead to see if Mary or Tracey is working. Shame on you great clips for hiring unskilled hair stylist in your saloon. I am very unhappy and plan on seeing if another stylist can fix my haircut. I also would hope you would at least refund my money for the poor service I received.

Our visit to Great Clips went as smooth as I could possibly imagine. It happens to be located right next to our home, there was no line, and they cut both my kids hair and such cute styles! Surprisingly, my 4 year old was very calm and wasn’t trying to escape the chair, so that was great! I was also surprised at how affordable it was! Even with my daughter getting bags and layers, just $15 :)

Tracy is great. She always cuts my hair the way I like it and makes sure I am happy when I leave. I like being able to check in online as it saves me time knowing when I can get it cut. Love this location!

Went in for a short pixie cut today. Tracy is fabulous hair looks great! She really knows what she is doing! Too bad I'm on vacation because she would be my new hair stylist! Thank you Tracie!

I have been getting my haircut here for about 2 years due to money issues and let me yell you, the people around me are none the wiser lol. And I've gone to a few different people and no huge discrepancies. I've had 100$ haircuts too and aside from ambiance,a fancy silk cape and a glass of champagne I cannot tell a difference.

Ive taken my child there a few times but with our last visit the Asian stylist cut my son's hair and after she was finished I paid and gave her the last 2 dollars I had as a tip and she looked over at her friend and said they only gave me 2 dollars me and my wife felt disrespected and humiliated we will not return to this location.

I can't recall the young ladies name that cut my hair but she has serviced me on several occasions, i wish that i could get her every time that i come there. In the 6 six years that i have been coming to this location i always left satisfied with her abilities! She is the most thorough one that i have ran across at this location. I tell her this every time that i do get her and hope that your company and her manager know this to be true.

I have been using this location for maybe 4 years. My hair stylist moved to another location, and I had a horrible experience today. Left the salon almost in tears. The haircut was horrible and management wasn't helpful at all.

Me, my husband Kyle and my son Anthony go to the Great Clips off Broad Street and everytime we are satisfied customers!!! Over the weekend, we used our Great Clips coupon for my son and his hair looks fantastic!!

She was very unprofessional. Didn't even cleanup my hair after cutting it. My face was full of hair when i left the salon. She didn't even ask if I like the hair. She just said thank you and went to counter for payment. I was not satisfied at all.

This is the only place I'll get my hair cut and be able to trust it will look amazing 2 weeks after I get it cut. Reasonable prices ( actually inexpensive) but they take pride in being very detail and perfection oriented. I always tip my stylist
