Checked in online and waited maybe 2 minutes before we were seen for our haircuts. They did a great job with my husband’s hair and amazing with our 16 month old’s first haircut. Edit: we have been going here for almost 3 years now for my kid’s haircuts and they always do a great job. So kind and gentle with him. My kid just told me “if I need my hair done again I can go to there [great clips] and then I will be soooo handsome. “

I Came in Friday at Opening (I Have Been a Loyal Customer for 15 years) I was Looking for a Special Stylist that did Judith Payne's Hair the Last few times and 'Brenda' was on a Lil Break I was told and when she came out I told her I was Reffered to her, then I Politely asked the manager about the music, it was Very LOUD and I have Very Bad Anxiety due to Menopause and AAADD (Age Activated Attention Deficit Disorder, I Added the Last "A") and I Explained that FIRST then I Kindly asked that manager could she Please turn it down just a 'tad' ...and she said, "Um, No, I am NOT Tuning My Music Down" I said, "Please, I Really Need a Hair-Cut, My Girl Left Here two Yeras Ago and this is My FIRST Trip back" She still Told Me, "No" I Am a Disabled Customer and this Manager I Feel Discriminated AGAINST ME🥺 I Am Coming Back Monday February 3rd to try Again and Talk to a Manager Face to Face!

I needed a hair cut and style last minute for a vacation and husband suggested Great Clips I thought they mostly did men’s cuts. I had a fantastic walk- in appt experience! Shampoo, a really good cut and and nicely styled hair! I will definitely return to see Tabitha!

On Thursday October 17th came into your shop between 10 and 11 to get my daughter's haircut. I could not hear what was said to my daughter but I could tell by her reaction she was uncomfortable with what was being said to her. I did clearly hear the stylist loudly and somewhat rudely say "don't look at me look at the mirror". As a person who worked with customers for over 50 years what I saw and heard was not good customer service. My daughter was not necessarily upset about her hair but that interaction was very upsetting for her. Your hearing from me because she would never complain. But for me a return visit.. never! A recommendation to others.. never! I did not get the name of the stylist but their station was the second one on the left side while I was seated.

Butchered by old guy. Shaky hands, sprayed me in the face with water and poked me in the eye with the comb. Got very offended when I asked if the stylist HE asked for help could do my hair instead

Great place, my son's hair is so difficult to style, and his hairstylist took the time to educate him on how to properly manage his hair. I'm very happy with the haircut . We will be back for sure

I recently visited Great Clips for a haircut and was really impressed with stylist Roni's work. She truly enjoys what she does, and it showed in the quality of my haircut. I'm not gonna lie I was really scared going to Great Clips cause previous experiences from other great clips have been very bad. But I told the hairdresser, Courtney, who I got by random what I wanted and the issues I had with my cowlicks and bangs. She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. She pointed out what a previous salon did to my hair which I didn't notice til it was pointed out. She gave me EXACTLY what I was asking and washed my worries away. I will be back for sure as long as I get Courtney. Before and after a added.

So, I decided to give Terrible Means Salon a shot for a quick trim. The sides of my hair ended up looking like they belonged to two different people. No fade, just a harsh transition that screamed amateur hour. I left feeling like I'd been attacked by a rogue pair of scissors. Definitely won't be going back there anytime soon.

I got the worst haircut I have ever gotten today. I went in to get a trim just around my ears and the back of my neck as I have been growing out a buzz cut. I expressed this to my stylist and apparently they interpreted this as me wanting an undercut. Without asking any questions he took clippers to the back and was too fast for me to stop him. I didn't realize how short he was actually taking it in the back and then he used clippers to trim a straight line over my ears. (I wasn't facing the mirror so I didn't see until it was too late. I don't think he even used scissors at all just the clippes. I hate leaving review but now I have to go get even more hair cut off to fix this. I am just sad that was 5 months of growth gone while I am trying to grow it out forward my wedding

I set my appointment online on August 13th 2023 and my receipt time is 1:26pm. I encountered the hair stylist by the name of Michelle. I asked for a fade haircut and I received a botched job very uneven some taking off closer than it should have been at the top and it was uneven. When my wife saw the results she was furious. This is what prompted me to write this review. She could not believe I paid for this haircut, my wife said if it's possible to talk with the manager my service was done at the Graceland location in Columbus Ohio all I can say is beware and truly look at the end product.

I've been to Great clips for over 10 years. I've been very satisfied every time. And I'm a senior 😃no it's still good the young lady that cuts my Inez is the best 😁 my experience hasn't changed Inez is the best 👍 Just came from there and Inez did a great job again 👍😁 I've been going to this Great Clips for a little over two years and Inez is still cutting ✂️ my hair and still doing a great job 👍

My hair stylist of 10 years moved away. I want to Great Clips Graceland. Stacy cut my hair & did a very good job. My hair looks fuller now. I was very pleased.

My partner and I got our hair cut by Renee and Courtney. These ladies were kind and professional and great at their jobs! Courtney cut my hair exactly as I like it well while also being so kind and easy to talk to. Renee did an amazing job on my partner's beard and hair.....it had become VERY shaggy and I'm so happy we went to Renee. He looks so sharp now and she did an AMAZING job with his big ole beard! We will keep going back to these 2 ladies!! Thank you both!
