The older lady with glasses told me she would do my son’s hair, I told her he preferred the man to cut his hair, she said “Why?” I taught him how to cut hair”! I said because he preferred a man, she walked in the back and disappeared so I wasn’t going to let her cut my hair after that. She was very rude, my son is 10 yrs old and special needs! I will never go back there, I walked out!!!

The only time I have ever gotten up and walked out of a barber shop. The old bald man working there, Lee, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Unbelievable.

I do not recommend going to this great clips. I showed the barber multiple pictures of the look I wanted and described the length, but what I received was completely wrong, and I am extremely disappointed with what I got. Please do not trust the 4.5 overall rating. This was genuinely one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received.

I usually go to the Georgesville Road store but I've had some problems there I come to this store and I was extremely pleased with the haircut that I got the amount of time it took to get in and everything else about the store was a clean facility very nice young lady that cut my hair and I think I'll start returning here instead of going to the other place that I was going to

The worst and longest hair cut ever. Rachael cut my hair, it took 30 mins and I wasn’t satisfied. It wasn’t blended, it was cut shorter than I wanted it and I thought it was very unprofessional to smell like marijuana.

I signed up online but when I got there, I still had to wait, even though I was the first on the list and there was a hairstylist not cutting hair. The other lady took me and I felt like it was a race to see how fast she could cut my hair. She had to keep apologizing for pulling my hair. Wasn't sure what I was gonna walk out like I was in the hands of Edward Scissorhands.

Kim is very skilled, kind and courteous. My hair is quite often complimented after getting it cut by her. The price that is charged is way below the quality of the cut. Therefore, I have to tip her. Great service!!

Messed up my long hair. Asked for a trim. She cut it too much at the start, too late to save. Don’t come to this greatclips Edit: Just checked the back of my head. She gave me a little bald spot on the back. Will never come back.

I've been sitting on this review for a couple days thinking on a fair way to judge this place I honestly recommend going to a barber if your a guy it may cost more but they know the styles a lot more then the salon anyway the lady who cut my hair had the worst attitude it was almost like she could give a hoot less about what I was saying and when you are a hair dresser you got to Be a people person no one one wants to sit in a chair for 30 minutes in awkward silence because your too unhappy to do your job properly made complete sure that she did not receive the 20$ tip I was going to give her and next time I go back I will not let her touch my head

I was told by the lady that cut my hair that she couldn’t run a straightener thru it because it wasn’t a full service salon. Never been told that before in my life.

I have gone to GC for a number of years. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The hair cut was poor. And I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life for a haircut. Beware!!
