The manager is amazing! I lost my hair a little over a year ago and went with a very short pixie cut. She has been so kind and supportive throughout one of the hardest times of my life. She can have one of the most busiest days ever but will always take the time to make sure her customers are comfortable and happy with their hair cut before they leave. She talks with me, is always kind, and has a smile on her face. At the end of the day it’s all about the customer and I love that! Thank you for being so patient with me and helping me through this process. I posted my picture before I lost my hair and now thank you Great Clips!

Asked for a taper fade, and got the worse haircut ever, I didn't notice until I got home and brushed my hair, but not only did I not get what I paid for, but now I have to go to my mom's funeral with a terrible haircut. And I don't even think she tried.

Terrible experience. I asked for a shoulder length Bob with layers. I walked away with a longish pixie that is about 6+ inches off my shoulder and I completely hate it.

Great Staff! Very friendly. Great with customers. Destiny was my sons hair dresser, she was amazing. Had us in&out super quick. Did a great job on my sons hair cut! Will be going back to see her in 2-3 weeks.

Salons need to take in consideration their age before they cut their hair so short my hair was very long I asked for a long layer cut she decided my hair was dead and took over 11 inches off . I told her before I wanted to keep my length. I come to find out my hair won't grow it's been two years with the same cut because of my hormones. I feel like my youthfulness was cut and my confidence. I've tried wigs and hair extensions nothing looks right on me. I loved my hair the way it was I didn't feel it was dead. So please listen to your clients wishes for what they want especially when it comes to length.
