My son usually isn’t calm during haircuts, but he was so comfortable getting his haircut by your gentle barber. The prices are affordable, and I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be served. Thank you Great Clips for your wonderful service. See you soon for the next haircut :)

I am a customer over 10 years lately the one lady she work their she is very rude she don't even know how to talk with the customer she is in her world she is very disrespect customers Today 10/13/24 she came in 10 :06am when I saw her I canceled my registeration you lost 3 customers by the way the Lady on the podium Very nice respecfule with great customer service.

These places ask you to check in before entering their establishment yet cannot check in until 5 minutes after they open!! So therefore, people that had waited for the door to open got to go before me. This is bad business

I walked in and was NOT ACKNOWLEDGED at all even when I asked a question but the gentleman who walked in after me was! The service person didn’t even talk to me (even when I politely said hi and asked if I should check in online) until after she walked her client to the register, checked him out and after they said hi to someone who walked in AFTER ME. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I even cancelled my appointment and LEFT.

Today I had such a careless, rushed cut. My hair is super uneven. There are patches shorter, some longer. I had to try to clean it up the best I could at home. Today was the last straw. I’ll never go back to Great Clips again. It’s not like my haircut is even complicated. Literally use the clippers all over. They can never even get that right. It’s cut different every time. I’m done.

Just love this location. Every member of the staff are so polite, happy to see you which today goes a long way. Location is always very well maintained and clean. I like this location so much I even brought my mother when she visited. That should say it all!

The worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I tell her to cut it like this and she cuts what she knows. My hair was wet. She didn't dry it. When I went home, I dried it. The shock was very short and not what I wanted. I was waiting for my hair to grow long. I hated myself because of them.

I very rarely leave reviews, unless I had a bad experience somewhere and don't want others to have the same bad experience, and that's why I'm sharing what happened to me. 3 weeks ago was my first visit to this Great Clips and Leela was my stylist. I wanted my hair cut to about 3" below my shoulders, angled down from my jaw, and my bangs trimmed. Leela cut my hair blunt, not angled at all, barely below my shoulders instead of the 3" I requested, and cut my bangs horribly uneven. My hair was wet and I didn't have my glasses, and I trusted her, so I didn't notice all of this until I got home. I couldn't do anything about how short it was, but I ended up cutting the angle a bit myself, which I don't do well, which is also why I pay to have someone else do it. I tried to fix the bangs, but they're hopeless. I was hoping it would get better with a little time, but it's 3 weeks later and still looks horrible. I'd go back to have it fixed, but I don't trust this location at all so I'm going to go to another business and see what they can do. I hate that I have to pay twice but it has to be fixed, so that's what I have to do. I just wanted to warn others who are thinking of trying this location.

I should have taken the abundance of trash and litter outside the door as the first red flag. The “stylists” working all looked pissed to be there and no one greeted us. I’d understand if they were busy, but the place was dead. Now I understand why! Absolutely the WORST hair cut I’ve ever had. How do you mess up a blunt cut trim? My 9yr old could have done a better job. I had a CHUNK missing and it was uneven. My “stylist” attempted to fix it, only making it worse. If I could rate 0 stars I would; however that isn’t an option!!! Save yourselves and your hair from EASTON OHIO (NOT SO) GREAT CLIPS!!!!! Shout out to Kylee at Kenneth’s New Albany for doing an outstanding job correcting my hair. I highly recommend her!

I would like to write a review for the Great Clips Location on Morse Road in Easton. I have been going to this location for the past 3 years and am always amazed at the professionalism, courtesy, and skill of the staff. The service is always quick and the experience is always pleasant. Angie (in addition to the other stylists) really run a smooth operation!

The best place to get a haircut in my opinion! Been driving 30 minutes once a month for the past 2-3 years just to get a haircut from Angie. Everyone there is always nice, friendly and so welcoming, eventually they learn your name and make conversation with you while you wait. I’d recommend this specific location to literally anyone just because of how nice and friendly everyone is.

Tawan was great, but faced much adversity infront of clients. All female co workers of his were blatantly rude and unprofessional to him. I tipped him well since i cannot stand for how he’s being treated and told the other staff off a little bit. I cannot recommend going to this location. Tawan gets 5 stars His co workers, termination honestly. 0 stars. Worst experience at this location, they have no idea how to treat people. i will be letting everyone know about this, and tell them to go somewhere else. I will personally not be back either. Do better ladies smh.

We booked online and when we got there there the lady was sitting down eating she looked at us we told her we had online apt she smacked the table and said I dont do male idk why they let you book im not good at males I'm not doing it so rude ...very upset won't ever be back Our apt was on 2/28/24 at 2:30pm Very disappointed teenager

I went to this place so my two boys can get hair cuts. There is a short chubby racist lady with a short hair cut that was extremely rude. I had to walk away bc it was clear she didn’t want us there. She was too busy rolling her eyes instead of attending us if she doesn’t like her job she can find another job cutting hair is definitely not her passion. I apologize for the inconvenience I was a regular customer never have I been treated as such.
