Jennifer - Great Clips - Polaris Parkway - Ohio - does not know to respect the customer. She cut so much of hair in spite of telling a previous bad experience in Great Clips. She was more of chop chop chop, and had no sense of patience at all whatsoever. She needs to go to the training school to learn how to cut hair as well as respect the customer.

This is my first passive aggressive interaction ever in my life. My entire hair lasted four and half minutes (Quickest for any Hair cut) . I'm not sure whether there is racism involved or the person having bad day.

Finally found a stylist happy to do the cut I wanted! First time at this Great Clips and I will defintely go back to Jenny. She also recommended a product that works well for my hair type. Hubby approved of the outcome.

I have always been a loyal customer at Great Clips Polaris due to their reliable service, but my recent visit fell short of expectations. I clearly requested the stylist to leave 3 inches on the top, but only 2.5 inches were left, resulting in a haircut that did not meet my preferences. This was a disappointing experience, as I expected better attention to detail. I hope the team can maintain their usual standards in the future.

My recent visit was a horrible experience. I don't think my stylist was even trained for hair styling (he was a man, dont know name). He literally butchered all over resulting in uneven length.

Samantha cannot cut hair. I asked for a high fade and my hair is all the same length on the sides and my neck line looks crazy. She also lined up my forehead and she took way too much off around the sides. I’m not happy with the service I received and I will not be back.

Took my 5-year-old to get a haircut here. Asked for something basic and rhetorical stylist delivered. I’ve only ever taken him to “kid salons,” which are way more expensive for the same thing. Definitely sticking to Great Clips from here on out.

First hair cut after moving to Ohio. My barber wasn’t a cheerful and cooperative person at all. My first and last haircut at this store. Also, my back isn’t clean as we expect after haircut, I don’t complain regarding after haircut as I wanted to leave shop as early as possible.

Horrible experience with the overweight blond girl. The one wearing a too tight baseball t-shirt. I’ve been to many Great Clips in several states and this was the worst.

I like the place and the team. They are very good and reasonable price. This location is always busy. Check in advance and check-in early. Excellent!!
