Went in at about 1PM on a Saturday. Ladies working were so sweet! Got my undercut trimmed very quickly and it looks great. Will def come back :)

Would not recommend. Worst haircut i have ever recieved even for the price point. Barber was just cutting hair at random and left many parts visibly uneven.

First time at this location. Brought my son, 9, for a haircut. Asked for a fade. Got a mushroom cut instead. Staff was not welcoming either and wouldn’t allow me to stand or sit next to where my son was getting his haircut and asked me to sit in the front. I wanted to make sure the lady didn’t jack up his hair, which is what ended up happening. I could have gave my son a better cut, which is what I usually do, but didn’t have time this week. Had to go home and fix his hair myself anyways. Would give a zero star rating if I could. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Had to come here for a haircut before a meeting instead of my usual great clips. Worst cut I have ever gotten. I cut my hair my self better during Covid. Lady (Carla) was pretty rude to begin with. Maybe I caught someone on their first day from what it felt like but I’ll definitely be avoiding this place again. The attitude and smell of cigarettes was almost enough for me to get up and leave but I needed it today.

First time going to this location and I will definitely be going back. The lady who cut my hair was very patient and did exactly what I asked her to do. Love the haircut! The place was clean and the price was right. Also, there was no wait time.

I got a haircut on 08/03. The actual haircut was decent. However, the customer service was not welcoming. I tried opening the door at 8:59, although I knew they didn't open until 9. The ladies inside waited until exactly 9 to open the door. At 9, one of them simply unlocked the door, she didn't hold it open, even though I was a foot away. When I entered, they were very dismissive/ unkind. Sports Clips not too far away is basically the same price. I am going to start going there instead.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in for a simple curtain bang trim and left with a chunk of my hair cut off and too short, uneven “straight” across bangs. I did not want neither of these things. I won’t be coming back, and I’ve already emailed customer service. Word to the wise: check reviews every time. After looking over the review for this location, they seem mostly negative.

Normally I have the same lady cut my hair and I come back because she has always done a great job, but yesterday I went and had a gentleman cut my hair, he had glasses and a goatee. Do not let this man cut your hair, he was supposed to give me a high fade but gave me a haircut that my kid would give me, all uneven. I left with my hood over my head because there was nothing he could do to fix it. I was truly embarrassed with the way this person left my hair that they had me pay for. So embarrassed that when I got home I shaved my head so that I could grow my hair back. Never going back

The short black barber with the long excessive curly nails CANNOT cut hair. My notes say low fade with a 0 guard. She gave me a high sh%t fade and didn't even blend it. Horrible. It's the 2nd time I've been to her and I thought maybe she'll get it right the 2nd time. BUT NO STR8 CRAPPOLA. I had to go to a dinner party so I couldn't wear a hat so fml. Are those long ridiculous nails even sanitary?? The other barbers there are better. Just look for the nails and ask for another barber. Don't say I didn't warn you. I work in the food industry and my wife in the medical industry and you have to maintain clean nails in dealing w the public and I'm almost 100% sure it's the same in barber/ stylist field.

Elizabeth was wonderful! She looked at the pictures of haircuts i liked, would consult me about the length of cut before she cut, asked if I liked the various angled, sides, front & back. She gave me exactly what I asked & paid for - a fabulous cut...short pixie. I'm so glad I came over after rude service from your competition across the street. You do a way better job for better price! I will definitely be coming back! Kudos to you and thank you. 💖 No growing out a whack job this time!

Horrible Hair Stylist with horrible skills. She can’t even cut my hair the way i wanted to be cut (even talked about it before and shown the hair design in Photo thru out the entire time in front of her). And she still (still) made sure to screwed up my hair. I noticed/felt it that i am screwed after into two mins of the cutting time. And then after she said i am done and show me with double mirror to her great clipping of my hair, then i told her there is light fading on the back of my head need to be done and pointed out in the photo right in-front of her thru out the time, she said “What is that?”. I was like “oh no, why did i come in to this great clips”. So she used the scissor to fade the back of my hair. So i just kept biting on my tongue while she was “Great Clipping Fading”. But i paid and came back to my car. There is more disaster came along, which is she did not clean/blew out the cut hair in my hair and did not clean any hair on me. So all the hair got stuck on my shirt, car’s neck pillow and on the seat. “What a so called themself of Great Clippers at Great Clips on this side”. I wish all this nightmare experience are not exit in my memory, but this will be in my memory forever, and not to even look at that great clips at anytime when i pass by. (This is just my personal experience on July 25, 2023), i will just go back to Sport Clips, “NOT THE GREAT CLIPS” on this planet.

I go in for a fade the person never said anything made it seem like they knew what I wanted in the middle of cutting my hair I see there not cutting it right so I said something she looks me dead in my eyes and say “we not barbers “ don’t you think that’s something you should say beforehand instead of messing up my hair?

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The ladies are very rude. My father specifically said he did not want the electric razón to be used he wanted scissors for his cut and they used the razon even after stating no! He’s not happy with his haircut … $20 wasted and down the drain because he wasn’t even happy with it. They put moose in his hair when he specifically asked multiple times for gel! They left his hair long when he wanted it short. Not happy it doesn’t even look good. I wouldn’t recommend this great clips to anyone and I absolutely will never come here again!!!!

The lady who cut my hair did an awesome job, she was kind and professional, I also had no wait time when I was there. I just got a trim, and it was under 20$ the place was clean and nicely managed. I definitely recommend for a quick trim or cut.

Walked in and two ladies were free. I was treated very rude she literally turned her lip up while looking at me. I asked for a wash and blow dry. Something I have had done many times. It clearly states shampoo and style on the services listed. She told me they didn’t do that service there!!! I truly felt racially discriminated against

Worst haircut of my life. Chopped me up and couldn't even get my sideburns even. Not friendly from the moment I walked in and shouldn't have stayed. $25 for nothing. It seemed like I was discriminated against.
