Been coming to this location for 15 years to get my hair cut by Kim. Love that she knows both my husband and my's name when we come in, and we're not the only regular she knows on a first name basis! I get tons of compliments on my haircut, and I can proudly say it didn't cost a fortune.

Both ladies are very friendly with smile greetings:) They deserve some good promotions and good tips <3 Yvette is very professional, detail and considerate salonist I have ever met. After my short layer hair cut , she even ask my opinion if I think it’s good or she offer trim little more for me. I told her it’s good , I really 💗 love it. She kindly explained the hair products she’ll put on my hair that keep my hair smooth. Also patiently told me how do I take care my hair later on by myself. Unfortunately, I’m moving out to another state. Otherwise, I’ll always go back to her<3 PS->pictures are the style I showed her (not me)

The worst great clips I have been so far. The lady butchered my haircut. Turned me away from the mirror on purpose. Was rude to me. Thank you for my happy holidays.

Cut my hair the exact opposite of how I explained it. Then added tip to my total. I put into the machine the amount I chose, but my bank statement showed she added $6 more dollars to the tip.

Heather did a great job on my new bob. Not too long of a wait, price is right, polite and clean. I paid for a cut and style. The style I received was a quick blow dry. Going forward I'll skip paying for the style and do that at home. But I definitely recommend for a skilled walkin haircut.

Super unhelpful, there were two ladies at the shop and both of them had zero experience in hairstyling. I asked for a particular kind of haircut and they replied by saying it’s expensive and we don’t do it here. I would definitely not recommend the salon if you care for your hair.

I ran by while running errands. My hair was really long, and driving me crazy from the heat. Heather cut my hair, and I can’t believe how much I love it. It looks fantastic. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’m definitely coming back.

I've been getting my hair cut by Kim for over 15 years, and highly recommend her to anyone. She's terrific, always cheerful, and has a loyal customer following as a result. Heather and Hannah are great too, and cut our kids' hair. Great Clips is lucky to have all three of them, as are we.

Great Clips at Frankford Pavilion is a really good place for anyone to get their hair cut or styled for a very afordable price. Kim is one of the ladies that has been their for a long time. They listen to your desires and really make a great effort to keep or make you look good. If you are tired of spending a lot of money for a haircut or trim please try this location. Kim and all the ladies will not disapoint in the effort!!

I always go here for my haircuts, and I'm always happy with the results, especially at the affordable price! I exclusively get my hair cut at this location -- at this point, my usual hairstylist Kim knows exactly how I like my haircut done. If you want affordable but great haircuts, come here

I had a very satisfactory experience. Came for a simple cut, 3 on top fade to a 2 on sides. I was able to check in and skip the line. The cut took less than 15 minutes and looked perfect after. Great customer service, very friendly. Will be back again.

I have been getting my hair cut at this location for the last 10+ years. The stylist is a lady by the name of Heather. There are several hundred places in Dallas that I could obtain this service. However, I am so well pleased with the precision and pleasant environment that I receive when I come to get a haircut, which is every 3 - 4 weeks, I will never go anywhere else to get my haircut. My son started coming her about 15 years ago, he was so well pleased, that is why I engaged this location and Heather.

I love going to the Frankford Pavillion location in Far North Dallas. Kim cuts my hair exactly how I ask for it. She's fast, but she makes sure that everything is even and that I am satisfied. I will keep going back. I have already been spreading the word out this shop and Kim.
