Service was excellent and the quality of my cut was far better than expected. But a few other customers didn’t like the smell of the place. Management might want to fix that cause multiple people said something upon entry.

This Great Clips has wonderful hairstylist. I have had my haircut by Ann Marie and Lauren and they are both a delight to talk to, but even more importantly, our fantastic hairdressers. This is the only Great Clips in the city that I will get my haircut at!

Maribel was in such a hurry and was causing pain to my partner. She hardly listened to my requests. She cut the top too short. She held an amount of hair out, I said shorter, she went a little shorter and just snipped before confirming the length again. Doesn’t care at all about the customers desires. Just trying to cut your hair as fast as possible.

Marlene did great with my long blonde hair! Knew exactly what I meant with what I wanted to executed it AMAZINGLY! I will definitely be coming back when I just need a quick trim and layers refresher :)

Happy that I finally realized they are here since they are closer than the other place I was going to and you can’t beat the price. The family and I have been here a few times now and always quick but good cut. I think her name was Ann-marie, did an exceptionally good job.

Lady took not even 10 min for a fade. Of course I had it was not short enough, I had to ask her to cut it more. She did not like it. Not sure if she was in a hurry, but that was rude, she must remember client is always right. First and last time.

Great value for a haircut. Haircuts are getting ridiculously expensive now and getting one for $19 I think is a great deal. Rosa cut my hair, she was so kind and did a great job. I’ll be back

So, I went to this location last week , the haircut was good. But, Mary , used the massager to hard. Really pushed it so hard and deep unto my shoulder that a couple hours later I was in pain. I believe I have a pinched nerve or something now. Have been in pain everyday since. Gonna have to go see a doctor now. I WILL NEVER go back to a Great clips EVER!!!!

Horrible experience. Today, January 27, 2023, at approximately 2pm CT I went in to get a haircut. The Martinez lady that cut my hair butchered the length and did not apologize. Then, the younger lady with black hair started saying bad things to me when I made the comment that Martinez cut my hair too short. Absolutely horrible and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. -- UPDATE. Today is 2/12/2024 and it's now been over 2 weeks since I contacted the "Customer Service" that the owner of this company informed me about on 1/27/2024 to contact with details of the location. The location is 5500 Greenville Ave Suite 606, Dallas, TX 75206 and no one has followed up. No Apologies. Nothing.

I called to find out if there would be much of a wait. I was told,"No" and to check online. When I arrived there were only two barbers, occupied & six more ahead of me. Later a third barber showed up but she did not seem happy to see me.

Never going there again. Didn’t even put antiseptics after she’d done this. She was rushing to get done with me. Don’t know why. Would not recommend.

Worst haircut I have had in a while. Update: Went there again and got my hair so messed up that I think I may have to trim all my hair and get them adjusted some place else. Don’t go to this store ever again.
