Horrible experience, prisoners get better hair cut than this. This asian mama knows nothing and at the end she forced me to pay the tip too!

I recently went in to donate my hair to children with cancer and left in tears. In my opinion, the session turned into a malicious "attack" on my hair, and I felt bullied for wanting short hair. I showed the stylist the style I wanted, and after saying she could do it, she kept repeating that it was a "boy's cut, boy's cut, boy's cut" (I'm a woman and it was a short bob). She then rudely proclaimed "If you want short, I'll give you short!" and shaved and gouged the back of my head before I could respond. When I showed her a pixie cut asking if she can fix it, both stylists laughed saying "boy cut" as she continued shaving my head, causing me pain and leaving bald spots. They also had the audacity to ask for a tip before the haircut was even complete. When we called back to resolve the problem, she would not cooperate and insisted she had no manager for us to talk to. Hopefully this review will help other people think twice before visiting this salon. Great Clips should not condone this type of behavior.

This is the 2nd time i went there and both times the same woman (an Asian woman) butchered my hair. I will never go there AGAIN. She wouldn't stop with the Clippers and im in hiding now. I hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake i did.

I told the lady a taper fade with comb over and she did a fade with comb over. That was the second time she screw up. So this time I didn't leave a tip and she printed out the receipt and force me to leave a 20% tip cause she said that I had to leave a tip no matter what with her.

Wow this place has gone down hill since the change in management. The clippers were dirty, the combs unsanitary, old hair all over the clipper guards. No sanitizer anywhere, she kept reusing the dirty combs ignoring the other dirty combs in the bin marked “clean combs” This nasty brush used to brush the clippers off. The lady wouldn’t stop cutting my hair, she messed it up so bad I’ll have to wear a hat for a month. Then after I pay she yelled at me because I didn’t tip her after she did a bad job! I went home and washed my head 3 times.. ew

Definitely not recommended this place. This it’s the second time the chines lady pas me or skeep me. For diferente personas. She do preferences on color or rasa I definitely feel. Discrimination. On this place

I went in and asks for a mid zero fade with nothing off the top and the Chinese lady with the bobcut cut a lot off the top and made one side of the fade higher than the other the only good hair cut I have gotten from here is from the younger lady that was named Alejandra.

Not too bad of a wait. I did sign up online. Did a pretty good job on my hair cut, got it a little shorter than I wanted on my bangs, but they will grow out.

So I got tired of cutting my own hair, after like 20 years or so. I walked in and was greeted with two smiling faces. And I left with three smiling faces… because I was really pleased with the hair cut I got!! And have been the last four times I’ve been back. Thank you ladies and the one gentlemen that have cut my hair and done it wonderfully!!

The Great Clips in Casa Linda is consistent. They have the same stylists as they have had for a long time and I always get a consistent, affordable haircut.

The lady that cut my hair messed it up so bad she cut it way to short ias it to be shoulder length she cut it to my neck line it’s uneven all over my bangs are to short and very uneven When I complained she told me it’s cause I didn’t have it washed I will never go to another great clips and I will not recommend it to anybody

We come here to have my 3 yr old son’s hair cut. He is NOT a fan of hair cuts, and the staff who work here are extremely patient & understanding. - Staff is friendly, patient, & efficient - Location is clean - Easy to schedule appt online beforehand

i have never got a worse haircut in my life i asked for half an inch off the top and the chinese lady basically gave me a buzzcut(i could braid my hair before that haircut)
