I've never seen a professional hair dresser spray water on hair for a clipper cut. Ever! When I got home and my hair dried , I had all kinds of long scraggly hair all over my head. I think it's bullshit to pay $24 and a give a tip to come home and have to fix the problem myself. Won't happen again

We went in to get a quick hair cut. The stylist didn’t even use water to cut the hair. We also got a beard trim and one side is shorter than the other. The neck was also cut without water and not even. Super disappointing. Please ask your stylist if they know how to cut a beard.

Checked in and waited. For 20 min I could see on the computer that I was next and the hairdresser who has always been super rude. Didn't check the computer or even bother seeing who was next. Called and put 2 more people in the chair ahead of me. What's the point of having an online check in if the hairstylist won't honer it. Thanks great clips you've officially lost my business

Checked in online and headed to Great Clips when my wait time was approximately 15 minutes. When I got in there were three people waiting to get their haircut and a hairstylist who was already helping a fourth. Initially, I was a little peeved that my wait time was longer than expected, but my wait time, once there was maybe 25 minutes—which in the grand scheme of things isn’t too bad. I believe the hairstylist’s name was Erica and she was kind and direct, something I appreciate. It was obvious she was doing the best she could being the only stylist in the building. I was a little nervous that I was going to get a rushed job because the haircuts before and after mine were all men’s or children’s, so I was going to take more time and more people were showing up. I have long hair and wanted a shampoo. Despite having a waitlist constantly growing, she took the time to ask me what I wanted and cut my hair accordingly in a way that I’m very pleased with. I know that in the 45 minutes I was there, two people came in having checked in online and then left within 10 minutes. I hope they don’t reflect poorly on Erica. I know they, like me, were hoping to get in and out in a quick amount of time, but when a salon is down a stylist and there’s only one person working, you’ve got to show a little grace.

June 10, 2024 The absolute worst cut ever. I look 'STUPID' now. I told her what I wanted. She knew I wanted to look good before chemo. She ignored me completely. I had to go back for repairs, ...BIG mistake! She, and her coworker, made it even worse. What took me 8 years to grow, will take 10 years to get back. I don't have anywhere near that kind of time. She knew of my medical situation, ....AND SHE JUST DIDN'T CARE.

Easy to get in and out, my stylist usually sees me 3-6 weeks for trims! I love my length and she understands how much I appreciate her understanding how I only need a trim and nothing more than centimeters to an inch or less cut off.

Seems kind of pointlees to have an online checklist of you don't follow the order. The app showed me as next and #1 on the list. Stylist skipped over me to the #2 on the list. Wasted my whole break waiting for nothing. Not coming back here again.

I had my worst haircut ever here from a condescending stylist who refused to listen. It sounds like there are many others who had the same experience. I had another girl here who was fine, but I think she is now gone. Bottom line: listen to your gut, like I wish I had done. I was ready to walk out, but felt that would be rude. Instead, I ended up with a messy, butchered cut. Who is ruder, the person who walks or the condescending stylist who won't listen? Be on the safe side; avoid this place at all costs.

I took my son to get a haircut before school started and he received the worst haircut ever. We went in, talked to two people and my son explained how he didn’t want length taken off. We spent about 5 minutes going over what my son wanted. When my son was about to sit in the chair another stylist came in and the lady that was supposed to cut my son hair ask her if she’d cut his hair instead, and she agreed. That stylist cut his hair super short from the back and sides and left long bangs on him. I brought it up when paying, that my son wanted length and in a nonchalant voice said I will make a note for next time and shrug it off. I am very disappointed with the service and it seemed like no care was really given. My son isn’t too picky with his hair cut but likes length, and that’s the one thing that they did wrong. He got a haircut with bangs

Walked in to a slow start which is always great as I was getting my hair cut as soon as I walked in the lady cutting my hair was a great conservationist and did a great job cutting my hair.
