Horrible 3 different locations couldn't even cut or fix a pixie hair cut that was disastrous. Nobody cut my hair like I wanted. They did what they wanted or thought was best. All of them could of stated the didn't know how or didn't feel comfortable doing a pixie. They tried to talk me out because my hair was extremely long. Since this disaster I found a hair salon it was a process a long drawn-out process but they were able to fix my hair and after months of going I got the pixie hair style.

Haven’t needed to visit GC for nearly 3 months, (usually monthly) but they cut it boot camp short. This visit was no better. Never had that look around the ears before. I think dude was clocked out mentally for the day. Good thing it’s cold and I can rock a beanie.

Store has temporary hours to close at 6pm however I showed at 5:40 to the place closed very inconsiderate to also not have updated hours

We just needed a trim, off the ears and bottom of the neck. I should have known better when they got out clippers. No one ever uses those on him, they always just use scissors since his hair is longer. My son has the longer swoop hair up top. Today, they took clippers and went around the ear. It looks horrible, I don't know what they were thinking. I could have done this at my house if I knew this is what they were going to do. If you click on the picture, you can really tell how terrible it is. I didn't realize they did it until we were gone. He's a teenager and usually just gets it cut himself. Definitely will not be back here.

First time coming to this place and my experience was very good. Im not too high maintenance when it comes to my hair but Yesenia did a fantastic job. And she was very nice to talk to during the haircut.

After saying that I didn't want my hair short, Oscar grabbed a number 2 and sheared me. Then asked if I wanted it shorter. This has happened to me before at Great Clips. I know they listen to other people. Is it just because I'm old and they think they don't have to listen? Ridiculous. Never again.

I have long, straight, fine hair that I always considered easy to cut. Now that it is longer, it is more difficult. Sharon listened and saw how my hair laid differently when I was sitting vs standing, and how it blended into the black cape color-wise. She did a standing cut for me with a light gray cape. I appreciate her attention to details and flexibility with technique in order for me to get the best haircut for me.

I went to cut my hair this morning 12/31/23 , and my experience was totally different than the previous one at Arvada . Kudos to the lady that cut my hair today , great Job lady !!!!

I would love for Alicia to be my designated hair cutter person. Terrific haircut! Thanks for a cool time and see you again in 6 wks..!! ( I like the Latina who suggested the 6 wk., but I might come to bug a tiny bit earlier..)I am having such a tough time deciding all the different haircutting places because they are so patient, and I'm very low maintenanced... Again, awesome work..!

The great clips app is great. Never wait for a hair cut again. Just simply get in line with the app and arrive at the salon when it's time for your cut. Most of the time the random stylist I get does a great job. Fast, convenient, fairly priced. For a man that has the need for a basic cut this franchise delivers what they promise.

The hispanic lady who cut my hair was pretty bad. Usually I had pretty good hair cuts here. I will make sure I don't cut hair from her again
