I don't normally go to cheaper hair stylist places such as Great Clips. But I was on a time crunch so I stopped in to Great Clips and my hair stylist did a wonderful job in fact I have nothing to complain about

I've had pretty mixed experience with Great Clips because it all depends on the individual barber you get, the chain doesn't guarantee anything except maybe the base price. Jodi was my hair stylist today (summer 2024) and did a fantastic job, helped me find what I wanted and gave me pointers on how to take care of my curly hair and worked at my pace without rushing me at all, just kept adjusting the haircut until I was satisfied. Thank, Jodi! Edit 12/12024: I had Hannah today, and she was wonderful. She understood exactly what I wanted and did exactly what I desired. Idk if I've ever had such positive barber experiences as these two last ones at this location. I'm definitely coming here again.

I previously posted during the Covid pandemic. Those remarks are outdated now. At 78 years old, I am not so fussy about my hair. I always get a decent haircut at a reasonable cost. That's all I want. No razor cuts, no fade or double fade.

I am so bummed that I didn't get the name of the stylist who cut my hair today. I got a cut yesterday and just didn't love it. I described what I wanted to this amazing woman and she made it happen! I am over the moon with my cut. The shape, the texture, all of it. I will absolutely be going back and looking for her, specifically!

If you have kids ask for Vanessa she is really good I have a 1 year old and she gets him to calm down and cuts his hair with no problem.

Hannah was fantastic. My hair can be difficult to say the least, but she did a great job giving me the cut I was looking for with the wild hair that I have. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

How can working people actually get a hair cut with these kind of hours? This chain closes at flippin (6pm) on a week day? Not 7 or 8? 6pm sharp wow !

Took my toddler son in for a haircut today, we were happily helped by Danielle, she was so amazing and patient with my son. He hates haircuts and is sensory sensitive. She gave us the best experience thus far cutting his hair. She was smiling the entire time, talking to him to help keep him comfortable. I am very pleased with the service and his fresh look!!

Customer service was horrible, particularly by Hannah. She has a bad attitude and really made a good day turn sour. If it is so inconvenient to listen to a customers likes and dislikes with their haircuts, maybe this isn’t the profession for you.

Great clips at Bear Valley. I don't believe the man who I asked not to cut my hair to short understands English. When he ended up getting the razor our to trim my neck I knew I made a big mistake letting him cut my hair. Good thing hair grows.

Hannah is my hair stylist and she cut and styled my hair so well ; seemingly cutting every section of hair on my scalp with precision . I even came back in several days later to show her that I really liked the cut.

I always get a good cut there. Even when a different stylist cuts my hair, it is just like the last one, unless I want something totally different.

I needed a haircut, as my barber unfortunately died. So I went in here to give them a shot. I checked in online, and as soon as I got in, I was called back. I unfortunately don't remember my stylist's name, but it was a gentleman with dark spiked hair. He asked what I wanted, and I explained it to him, and he got to cutting my hair. We didn't talk at all during the entire interaction, except when I asked how long he has been a stylist and when I expressed some concerns about an area on the back of my head. I understand not wanting to talk. I do! But my big issue was that if he needed me to tilt my head, he would forcefully tilt it to the side he needed. My other issue was that I did express concern and explained how I wanted the back of my head done. He did not care, and it seemed like he wasn't going to care, so I gave up. The customer service from everyone else seemed excellent, but I don't know if this gentleman had a bad day or what... The haircut was ok, but I will be going somewhere else to fix the area on the back of my head. I probably won't be coming back to this location, unfortunately.
