Janet cut my hair, and she did a great job and l've literally never had my hair/head feel so postive like she put good energy into!!! 10/10 reccomend!

Took my daughter to get her split ends cut off. Janet didn't listen at all, was pretty rude, I thought, and she proceeded to tell me the split ends are my fault and I need to get her hair cut more often. I get her hair cut every 6 months and she has split ends because she brushes her wet hair too rough. Janet was very nice and took her time with the person before me and then took not even 15 minutes with my daughter and her hair is now completely uneven and still loads of split ends. I have to go get a second cut now. I dont usually do this but this was a complete waste of money and I have never experienced such a bad haircut in my life with someone making all sorts of assumptions the whole time. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Didn't think I would need to spend over 60 dollars just to get split ends cut off decently...

Terrible terrible cut. Random sections of hair poking out of every side of my head. Length is uneven. Hair is still blocking my eyes. I guess its 'pay for what you get..' but I paid 27 and now I can't go out in public and need to pay for another cut.

this place is decent and I did get in quickly and all, but my complaint is that the gal who cut my hair obviously was in a rush and didnt seem to care about doing a good job on my hair. it was very obvious that she didnt seem to care and rushed through it. she also didnt even bother dealing with the bit of bangs that I have.

Great haircut by Amber! Scheduled online and had no wait when I arrived. I buy a discount card in November for the year which is very convenient and locks in haircut prices.

Very nice people at this location. I loved the way they cut my hair too! I was able to show them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me daughter and me great service.

I walked in today to get a haircut they helped me quickly to get seated. My hair hit the middle of my back I wanted it to my ribs she agreed that was fine and chops it to my shoulders. After pulling my hair while brushing and tangling my hair it didn’t feel like she knew how to even brush hair let alone cut it. She blamed the length on my bangs saying o it was because of your bangs how does that make sense how do you chop another 5-6 inches off for bangs and shaping bangs I’m just lost. Only go here if your old or child they do not listen.

Everyone who works here is amazing except the Asian lady who is rude to everyone, doesn’t listen to what you want. I will wait however long it takes just so I don’t have to deal with her anymore!

Fast haircut. Tooooo fast. And "How much do you want off? Inches... "I can't do that your hair is too straight." (I have long curls like the picture I showed.) Was dumbfounded by that comment. And then Angsty customer service along with complaining about other customers. Who is wrong with her attitude... speed speed speed. No quality care and attention or customer service or care. Won't be back with this manager. And the haircut was messy and not worth the price it cost especially since I trusted this company. Very bad taste every time I've been with GREAT nothing keep clippers.

This place is always hit or miss. I have received good haircuts and my worst ever haircut here. It's entirely dependent upon who is cutting, and the lack of consistency suggests they don't do much training.
